能设计芯片和能制造芯片是两回事，就算他能设计出有竞争力的芯片，中国哪来的先进制程产能，找谁代工，如果只是设计中芯这种7nm成熟制程，还需要多次雕刻，出来的成品市场竞争力又在哪里，这种东西就是云炒作，根本没有商业逻辑。
