need to be patient

In regards to the selling of assets for the dividend we all need to understand that needs to done methodically to achieve the best cash value for the assets for all the share holders. If it is rushed or done haphazardly we may lose up to 30 percent of the value. We need to be patient for the MMAT Preferred Dividend Stock at this point. It may take longer then most of us want but we also need to understand we want the best sale value for all the assets. I personally want the best return on the preferred stock price and I believe most investors want the same. So please be patient the amount of the MMAT Preferred stock will take time but it will be worth the wait if we do not try to rush the process.
