北京时间9月26日凌晨，美国总统特朗普签发行政令，一家合资公司（估值140亿美元）将负责TikTok美国的数据安全和内容安全，该合资公司将由字节跳动持有19.9%的股权，字节跳动现有全球股东合计持有30.1%股权；新投资人合计持有50%股权。算法方面，字节跳动继续拥有TikTok算法的知识产权，并会授权“TikTok美国数据安全合资公司”使用相关知识产权。【大家对此方案有何看法？甲骨文连续三日大跌，看好回调机会吗？】
