楼下的眯一下同学说的没错，美国股市牛长熊短，大盘大部分时间是上涨的，所以这个恐慌指数就大部分时间处于下跌状态。像最近的一次最高位是80，到现在已经跌去接近70%，从27要涨回80，要涨近两倍。跌70％左右，涨却需要两倍，这就是损耗。
