破发应该是大概率事件？用于炒作的散户没多少余钱把股价拉升得很高，公司都缺钱得要死，更没有余钱用于股价护盘，保荐人国泰君安无利可图时更不会去出资亏本护盘。所以总体判断是个亏多亏少的问题。
