他透露到,第一批的供应商是从广交会寻找到的。“广交会全是出口的优质的供应商。我们最早做名创优品,广交会在广州,我们也在广州,我就带领我们的商品中心去广交会去找供应商。能在广交会开展的供应商都是有实力、有产品设计能力、有外贸经验、有海外审美的,我们跟他们合作,大大提高了我们产品的竞争力。”</p>\n<p> 此外,对于选品策略,名创优品就对标友商来参考模型,不断淘汰和上新产品,三个月就跑通了自营店的商业模式。</p>\n<p> 叶国富还提到,一个门店开张,生意好不好一个小时就可以发现,根本用不上一天。“如果进来100个人,只有5个人买,这个不行的。名创优品今天的进店转化率是30%,进来100个人就有30个人买单。”</p>\n<p><span>
