施拉姆在接受澳大利亚和新西兰媒体采访时表示,这款被大肆吹捧的特斯拉技术,在现行检测标准下无法获得认可。</p><p>“我多年前就在美国体验过这套系统,它的表现确实亮眼,但其中暗藏巨大风险 —— 驾驶员会过度依赖这项功能。”施拉姆说道,“想要让驾驶员始终保持专注,同时又让他们产生车辆能够完全自动驾驶的错觉,这本身就是一件极难实现的事。我希望特斯拉能做到这一点:既然推出全自动驾驶功能,那就永久为所有事故承担全部责任。如果做不到这一点,那它本质上就只是一套辅助驾驶系统。只要特斯拉或其他车企仍要求驾驶员承担驾驶责任,那我们就会要求车企负责监督驾驶员履行驾驶职责。”</p><p>依托纯视觉硬件与高速运算能力,搭载该功能的特斯拉 Model 3 和 Model Y 可应对复杂路况:穿行城市道路、识别红绿灯停车,还能自主驶入停车场。</p><p>受监管要求与更高安全标准限制,这项技术至今未能进入欧洲市场。欧洲各国地域接壤,道路标识与交通规则存在差异,这也拉高了自动驾驶技术的准入门槛。</p><p>施拉姆认为,FSD(监督版)最大的问题在于命名。这个名称暗示车辆会承担行车责任,但实际上责任依旧在驾驶员身上。</p><p>“如果车企愿意将其命名为自动化驾驶,那就意味着车企需要全权负责,整件事的性质和评判标准都会完全改变。”施拉姆表示,“客观来说,我并非针对特斯拉,放眼整个行业:目前没有任何技术能实现真正自动驾驶,全部都只是辅助功能。多数辅助驾驶功能都需要驾驶员全程主动参与,只要人机责任划分合理,就不会产生安全问题。</p><p>我们如今也推出了高级驾驶辅助系统评级标准,并且已经完成了特斯拉相关测试,就连目前主流的自动辅助驾驶(特斯拉高速半自动驾驶系统,多家车企均有配备)也在测评范围内。</p><p>首先它的命名本身就存在误导问题;其次还有其他缺陷,比如辅助系统没有和驾驶员监控深度联动。如果系统检测到驾驶员注意力涣散,车企理应强制唤醒驾驶员,因为责任最终在车企一方。</p><p>即便未来 FSD 获准在欧洲上市(目前尚未获批),我们的测评重点也不会放在辅助驾驶的性能表现上 —— 这一点我们基本可以认可。我们会重点严苛考核驾驶员监管相关设计。”</p><p>据IT之家了解,驾驶员与车辆主动安全系统的协同管控,现已成为欧洲新车安全评鉴协会以及澳新新车安全评鉴协会的全新测评核心方向。2026 版测评规则已新增驾驶员监控系统稳定性测试,主要考核系统的识别精度与追踪能力。</p><p>而 2029 年即将更新的测评规范中,安全机构计划测试监控系统的智能判断能力:例如,仅当监控系统判定驾驶员未察觉关键障碍物时,主动安全系统才介入干预。</p><p>欧洲新车安全评鉴协会指出:若驾驶员只是转头观察路况、调节电台,本身仍留意周边环境,监控系统却频繁发出警示干预,说明该技术设计存在缺陷。</p><p>目前 2029
