The indebted property developer has been selling assets to raise capital to pay off its debts in recent weeks, but said Monday that it may not have sufficient funds to meet its obligations.\nJapan’s Nikkei 225 fell 0.4%. Tech-investment firmSoftBanktumbled over 8%, extending losses into a seventh consecutive trading session, as some of its portfolio companies declined in value. These included ride-hailing company Didi, which may delist from the New York Stock Exchange, and Alibaba.
