XPEV delivered less than BYD

 I wouldn't over react to XPEV's delivery numbers. Remember, even though XPEV had a nice increase in deliveries, you can look at what BYD delivered for the quarter and it is way way way more than Xpeng. On top of that, BYD also delivered lots of PHEV's besides their BEV's. I believe BYD also produces its own batteries, and really is producing many cars that are in the same arena as XPEV cars. NIO is producing high end cars, so many Xpeng buyers couldn't afford a NIO but there is direct competition from BYD. It too had a nice stock climb today.$XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$
