$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ The issue with this stock is not the product or the company or the contracts.
The issue is the outstanding shares - around 2 billion, and counting. Karp & Co. are selling millions of shares each month "otherwise they'll lose them" at all of your expenses. Karp's contract specifically allows him to create shares and sell them each month, as far as I understand.
This stock has not moved, plus or minus, in 10 months. It occasionally goes up, and then it goes back down when the above sell and add more shares, diluting the stock.
It's might go up in the future, after the leadership runs out of dilution options, but who can say when that will be?
This product is great - it's generational in it's capabilities, to use a sports comparison - but this stock will not rise until the dilution ends. Park your money somewhere else and wait.
