Why the Bond a great move by SoFi... read below:

The Bond has a zero % interest rate first of all. Second, it's initial conversion rate is at $22.41 a share which is almost 40% higher than current share price. 3rd SoFi bought Call Options on itself to limit any potential dilution. They bought $100 Million worth. 4th SoFi does not have to even do anything for years in regards to this Bond, and SoFi has the right to pay the Bond back in cash and not dilute at all. So for instance, if the Share Price is $50 in 2 years, they can issue Shares at $50, and pay pack this Bond. 5th Upstart UPST just did an identical Convertible Bond when their stock was at $200, it then went to $340. Ppl realized that it was a good deal.

SoFi did this as a move of strength. Look at other stocks that raise money, they usually do an overnight straight Share Offering at a hige discount! Not SoFi, we were able to get a 40% premium, and 0% interest, and the option to just pay it back in cash years away. On top of that, only Institutional buyers were allowed, meaning big money players. SoFi only asked for $750 Million, and less than 24 hours later they were oversubscribed and upped the deal to $1.1 Billion. That is hugely Bullish.

SoFi will get their Fed Banking Charter and that will raise their annual EBITDA by miles. Smart money knows this. This stock is for seasoned investors not day traders or WallStreetBets crowd. It is not a Short Squeeze play, why? Because the Short Interest is low. Why? Cause Shorts know not to mess around with SoFi and Anthony Noto. This is Bullish. We don't need 50% up days, we need 50% a year for years to come, and that's what's coming. Just buy what you can comfortably afford, and sit back. Let SoFi work for you. 50% growth annually puts SoFi stock at $125 a share within 5 years. Im simply talking about a 50% move up per year, compounded. They have already forecasted 50% growth in revs, it will translate to the Share Price too. Their forecasts did not even include the Banking Charter. Nor did they include any further Acquisitions. Like I said, think further out. Would you have liked to buy SQ at $16? Obviously. Well here's your chance at the next big player.$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$
