Remain patient everyone. The price will start showing upward momentum right before earnings in November. It will spike if earnings are good regardless of the increase in expenses, as most of the expenditures have been caused by hiring to drive sales.If the China deal brings in significant revenue that gets included in this quarter and we see $5 million to $6 million in sales, then we will go to $11.50 or higher per analyst guidance for the 12 month outlook.
However, if sales stay the same or decrease, we will tank below $4. I am holding my shares regardless, because I am investing in this long term. My advice stays is to buy the dips and hold, but only do so with money you can let sit for a year and a day. This also reduces your tax burden holding any stock for a year and a day, which categorizes your investment as long term. Anything less will be classified as a short term investment and has a higher tax burden. Just food for thought.
