I own shares in both companies and have been here since last August. Two questions that I can't get out of my own head. Will the FDA grant an EUA for a drug that could have an injunction placed on it because of IP litigation? I know that many have said several times that the FDA doesn't care about this stuff and that they will approve based only on the clinical trial success of the drug. I very much hope that is true. It seems a bit naive to me, but I will be so glad to be wrong. The second question that I cannot stop wondering about. Why would they grant and EUA before the NIH trial is fully enrolled? How will they ever get it enrolled if any patient is able to get Aviptadil from the EUA status if it was granted? In answer to my own question, I don't understand why people would enter a trial to be given Remdesivir? Anyway, I deeply hope that neither of these issues are a stumbling block.
