Amazon has become very anti-consumer.

Not long ago, they eliminated the ability to comment on a review. In many cases people would write a Amazon review with complaints about a product. Someone would have a complete solution to the problem and would write that as a comment. Previously, Amazon would send an email to the reviewer informing them of the helpful comment. This allowed customers to help each other. As part of Amazon's ongoing anti-consumer philosophy this feature has been removed.
