This is a classic case reversal of buy the rumor sell the news, what happened with PYPL last 3 days was sell the rumor, BUY The NEWS!

Fundamentally nothing has changed, this stock dropped 10% on rumors! Fact is once the news is announced, be it whether they move ahead or no with the acquisition, there is going to be a significant upside to come.

Let's not pretend that us laymen and retail investors are much more informed than the PYPL management who have access to tons to data, on why they are contemplating buying PIN.
