Wild card is if $(MSFT)$ comes back with competing bid of $80 again.

You know PINS is reaching out to MSFT if they are in selling mood. Also don’t rule out SHOP.

While PYPL merger is a clever idea that would benefit both, $(SHOP)$ would actually create better synergy.

There is a good chance for a competing bid.
