If you are trading, stick to your system and to your strategy. If you are investing, stay true to the fundamentals. In both cases, an increased knowledge will better equip you to have more conviction in your thesis. Red days are always a good reminder. It's also not the time to panic sell. Enter and exit with conviction and according to the plan. Not based on your emotion.
