I was a regulator and I must tell you regulators have always generally are picky concerning policies and procedure from low level items to more serous ones. Most of concerns requiring management to correct during daily routine corrective action and the material items to address in more detail. So ARM management have to address area of concern and work in line with NVDA management to address the material concerns. It is reasonable to state the NVDA has no intend to jeopardize the British security in any way, simply because is not in common interests of both companies.
