其实固定资产大于总市值不一定就是底部，股市有很多预期在里面，举一个例子，如果你的主营业务经营持续恶化，资产负债比走高，房子最后都可能拿来抵债，所以这么跌也是有道理的，美股还是要看一些主营业务强势的比较好
