平台要留着消费者，只能一味讨好，讨好的方式就是消除消费者的一切顾虑，退货成本是顾虑，那就让退货0成本，既然零成本，退货率逐年上涨没什么奇怪的，再过两年估计会突破50%大关，每卖2件退1件，看着双十一卖了10个亿，其实退了4个亿！
