href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ZK\">极氪</a>等车企纷纷推出“截胡”小米YU7的政策,表示愿意全数补齐小米YU7退单的5000元定金。</p><p>甚至,还有打出“退订的‘米’,有‘TA’兜底”口号的。在这种情况下,小米的产能或将面对前所未有的压力。</p><img src=\"https://fid-75186.picgzc.qpic.cn/20250702145755685v2015ty8ogmxsb5\"/><p><strong>#01</strong></p><p><strong>小米遭“截胡”</strong></p><p>有一说一,小米YU7无疑延续了此前SU7的爆单奇迹:3分钟大定突破20万台,1小时突破28.9万台,18小时锁单24万台……</p><p>然而,最近小米汽车App更新了YU7预计交付时间:标准版预计53~56周;Pro版预计48~51周;Max版预计33~36周。也就是说,不少部分用户要等超过1年才能提车。</p><p>要知道,YU7才开售不到一周,可想而知如果后续还有用户下单,那等待的时间将会更长。</p><p>交付周期过长,势必会影响消费者的购买热情。毕竟,汽车不是数码产品,消费者对“买得起、等得起”的容忍度可没那么高。</p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/09866\">蔚来</a>、阿维塔以“抵扣车价”的方式全额补偿5000元小米定金,极氪则奖励相应金额的积分。</p><p>甚至,小红书上还有品牌销售顾问在小米YU7锁单用户的评论区留言,可以“手把手” 指导退订流程。</p><p><strong>#02</strong></p><p><strong>产能是最大问题</strong></p><p>事实上,这不是小米第一次面临产能危机。</p><p>多年前,小米手机发售新品时,用户都要蹲时间、拼手速,有的还会转卖自己抢到的购买资格。</p><p>是不是很眼熟,跟如今小米汽车的模式如出一辙。</p><p>当初就有人说小米在“耍猴”。不过,毕竟手机作为快消电子产品,替代周期短、容错率高,哪怕晚几个月拿到货,用户体验影响不大,还在可以接受的程度。</p><p>但汽车不是手机。</p><p>汽车是高价值、高依赖度、重<span>资产</span>的耐用消费品。用户或许也会冲动性消费,但谁的热情能保持半年,甚至一年以上。等待周期一旦过长,必然会被其他品牌“截胡”,这也很正常。</p><p>因此,产能对小米而言或许比想象中更重要,因为国产新能源车的更新节奏非常快。比如,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>每年都会更新一次车型,理想、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV\">小鹏</a>等的智能化功能也在以OTA形式不断进化。就连传统车企如<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00175\">吉利</a>、长安,也不再是“更新5年不换壳”。</p><p>在这种行业背景下,一款车从热销走向“被边缘”,可能只需半年。</p><img
