LVMH为知名的奢侈品集团,旗下汇聚了众多一线奢侈品牌,如路易威登(LouisVuitton)、迪奥(Dior)、芬迪(FENDI)、纪梵希(Givenchy)等,涉足酒类、皮具、时装、香水、化妆品、腕表、珠宝等多个领域,品牌多达75个。截至北京时间6月28日收盘,LVMH集团股价报收于667.6欧元。 《证券日报》记者就洋葱集团如何看待公司股价“腰斩”的问题,联系相关负责人,但截至发稿前未收到回复。 2021年一季度收入、利润均下滑 作为洋葱集团靠拢的目标,从财务上看,凭借在全球超过5000家门店的零售网络,LVMH集团2020年总营收为447亿欧元,在净利润同比大跌36.3%的情况下仍实现了83.05亿欧元的盈利。与之相对的是,洋葱集团2020财年营收为38.1亿元,净利润2.08亿元。 此外,根据洋葱集团6月10日发布的2021年第一季度财报,集团总收入、毛利润以及净利润都出现下降。财报显示,公司2021年一季度总收入为6.69亿元,而2020年同期为7.094亿元;公司今年一季度毛利润为1.26亿元,去年同期为1.88亿元;归属于洋葱全球普通股股东的净利润为890万元,2020年同期净利润为5530万元。 对于收入的下滑,洋葱集团在财报中介绍,主要原因在于去年受新冠肺炎疫情影响用户囤积大量日用品和家居用品,今年第一季度消毒产品销售额下降。此外,去年第一季度公司从“代购”转向跨境电子商务零售平台,以应对因疫情实施的海外运输和装运限制爆发。 除了营收体量差距明显,同LVMH集团相比,洋葱集团太过年轻。LVMH集团虽然在1987年由其CEO贝尔纳·阿尔诺(BernardArnault)将路易威登(LouisVuitton)与酩悦·轩尼诗(Mo tHennessy)公司合并而成,但多年来通过投资、兼并等资本扩张方式,旗下囊括多家历史超百年的品牌。 成立于2015年的洋葱集团作为跨境电商,并没有像LVMH集团一样拥有自研、自产、自销,且用户耳熟能详的实体品牌。据了解,洋葱集团已开发21个自有品牌,并计划每年新增加30-50个品牌,逐步打造千亿元级品牌规模。但据其招股书介绍,公司三大业务分别为洋葱Omall电商、洋桃跨境供应链和洋货百科。其中,洋葱Omall电商产生的收入是洋葱集团主要的营收来源。 此外,KOC带货模式是驱动洋葱Omall电商业务快速成长的主要动力,用户缴费成为“店主”或“服务商”,可通过拉人头抽取提成来赚钱。 一位业内人士对《证券日报》记者分析,“以洋葱集团现有的业务模式和收益水平,缺乏足够的竞争优势。此外,要比肩LVMH谈何容易,LVMH集团的品牌经过几十年甚至上百年的品质积累,才形成消费者的口碑,洋葱集团仍然是电商为主的企业。” KOC带货模式争议未解 想要实现比肩LVMH的目标,洋葱集团还有许多问题需要解决。 针对洋葱集团KOC模式的争议一直存在。国内多个社交平台上有关洋葱集团KOC模式的质疑,主要集中在拉人头赚提成这一方式的合法性上。另据黑猫投诉平台数据,针对洋葱Omall的投诉多达392起,其中不少已缴费的“服务商”表示,申请退还“加盟费”极为困难。 6月16日,一位匿名投诉的用户称,第一,缴费成为“服务商”后发现洋葱有专业的洗脑课程,给“服务商”和“店主”洗脑,让“服务商”和“店主”想办法拉人头赚钱;第二,洋葱omall涉及虚假宣传。宣传文案上宣传的利润是17%-25%,但升级了“服务商”之后,洋葱omall并没有按约定给到17%-25%的利润;第三,公司宣传商城所售产品均为品牌方直发一手货源,但有用户收到的产品为其他电商平台发货,或收到的阿玛尼手表被鉴定为假货。 此前,《证券日报》记者曾就KOC带货模式将来是否调整,联系到洋葱集团方面,对方表示,“洋葱集团认为KOC新流量阵列是洋葱集团的核心竞争力之一,也是公司成为‘全球品牌管理集团’的重要支撑力,公司看好并相信KOC新流量阵列对公司未来发展有着长期而坚强的推动作用,未来也会更好的发展KOC新流量阵列的作用,为我们的消费者提供更好的体验和服务。” 针对假货问题,洋葱集团则回应,公司向来关注“假货”情况,在杜绝假货方面,公司通过严选上游供应商,做好供应链管理,力争从上游就能杜绝假货在洋葱平台上的出现。同时,也着重加强渠道管理,一经发现有售假卖假的行为,一律从严从重处理。此外,公司还加强了售后服务,对于假货的售后处理,也是及时、积极、认真处理,避免假货给用户群体带来不好的体验。 (编辑 崔漫 LVMH为知名的奢侈品集团,旗下汇聚了众多一线奢侈品牌,如路易威登(LouisVuitton)、迪奥(Dior)、芬迪(FENDI)、纪梵希(Givenchy)等,涉足酒类、皮具、时装、香水、化妆品、腕表、珠宝等多个领域,品牌多达75个。截至北京时间6月28日收盘,LVMH集团股价报收于667.6欧元。 《证券日报》记者就洋葱集团如何看待公司股价“腰斩”的问题,联系相关负责人,但截至发稿前未收到回复。 2021年一季度收入、利润均下滑 作为洋葱集团靠拢的目标,从财务上看,凭借在全球超过5000家门店的零售网络,LVMH集团2020年总营收为447亿欧元,在净利润同比大跌36.3%的情况下仍实现了83.05亿欧元的盈利。与之相对的是,洋葱集团2020财年营收为38.1亿元,净利润2.08亿元。 此外,根据洋葱集团6月10日发布的2021年第一季度财报,集团总收入、毛利润以及净利润都出现下降。财报显示,公司2021年一季度总收入为6.69亿元,而2020年同期为7.094亿元;公司今年一季度毛利润为1.26亿元,去年同期为1.88亿元;归属于洋葱全球普通股股东的净利润为890万元,2020年同期净利润为5530万元。 对于收入的下滑,洋葱集团在财报中介绍,主要原因在于去年受新冠肺炎疫情影响用户囤积大量日用品和家居用品,今年第一季度消毒产品销售额下降。此外,去年第一季度公司从“代购”转向跨境电子商务零售平台,以应对因疫情实施的海外运输和装运限制爆发。 除了营收体量差距明显,同LVMH集团相比,洋葱集团太过年轻。LVMH集团虽然在1987年由其CEO贝尔纳·阿尔诺(BernardArnault)将路易威登(LouisVuitton)与酩悦·轩尼诗(Mo tHennessy)公司合并而成,但多年来通过投资、兼并等资本扩张方式,旗下囊括多家历史超百年的品牌。 成立于2015年的洋葱集团作为跨境电商,并没有像LVMH集团一样拥有自研、自产、自销,且用户耳熟能详的实体品牌。据了解,洋葱集团已开发21个自有品牌,并计划每年新增加30-50个品牌,逐步打造千亿元级品牌规模。但据其招股书介绍,公司三大业务分别为洋葱Omall电商、洋桃跨境供应链和洋货百科。其中,洋葱Omall电商产生的收入是洋葱集团主要的营收来源。 此外,KOC带货模式是驱动洋葱Omall电商业务快速成长的主要动力,用户缴费成为“店主”或“服务商”,可通过拉人头抽取提成来赚钱。 一位业内人士对《证券日报》记者分析,“以洋葱集团现有的业务模式和收益水平,缺乏足够的竞争优势。此外,要比肩LVMH谈何容易,LVMH集团的品牌经过几十年甚至上百年的品质积累,才形成消费者的口碑,洋葱集团仍然是电商为主的企业。” KOC带货模式争议未解 想要实现比肩LVMH的目标,洋葱集团还有许多问题需要解决。 针对洋葱集团KOC模式的争议一直存在。国内多个社交平台上有关洋葱集团KOC模式的质疑,主要集中在拉人头赚提成这一方式的合法性上。另据黑猫投诉平台数据,针对洋葱Omall的投诉多达392起,其中不少已缴费的“服务商”表示,申请退还“加盟费”极为困难。 6月16日,一位匿名投诉的用户称,第一,缴费成为“服务商”后发现洋葱有专业的洗脑课程,给“服务商”和“店主”洗脑,让“服务商”和“店主”想办法拉人头赚钱;第二,洋葱omall涉及虚假宣传。宣传文案上宣传的利润是17%-25%,但升级了“服务商”之后,洋葱omall并没有按约定给到17%-25%的利润;第三,公司宣传商城所售产品均为品牌方直发一手货源,但有用户收到的产品为其他电商平台发货,或收到的阿玛尼手表被鉴定为假货。 此前,《证券日报》记者曾就KOC带货模式将来是否调整,联系到洋葱集团方面,对方表示,“洋葱集团认为KOC新流量阵列是洋葱集团的核心竞争力之一,也是公司成为‘全球品牌管理集团’的重要支撑力,公司看好并相信KOC新流量阵列对公司未来发展有着长期而坚强的推动作用,未来也会更好的发展KOC新流量阵列的作用,为我们的消费者提供更好的体验和服务。” 针对假货问题,洋葱集团则回应,公司向来关注“假货”情况,在杜绝假货方面,公司通过严选上游供应商,做好供应链管理,力争从上游就能杜绝假货在洋葱平台上的出现。同时,也着重加强渠道管理,一经发现有售假卖假的行为,一律从严从重处理。此外,公司还加强了售后服务,对于假货的售后处理,也是及时、积极、认真处理,避免假货给用户群体带来不好的体验。 (编辑 崔漫
