(THE BUSINESS TIMES) - Temasek Holdings has made a mandatory conditional general cash offer to acquire all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in Sembcorp Marine (Sembmarine), after Temasek's stake in the latter was raised to 46.6 per cent from 42.2 per cent due to its rights issue.\nThe offer is in line with Rule 14.1 of the Take-over Code, where any entity controlling 30 to 50 per cent of a company must make a mandatory general offer if it raises its interest by more than 1 per cent within a period of six months.\nThrough its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Startree Investments, the offer is made at a price of S$0.08 per share in cash, which is in line with the rights issue price, Sembmarine said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.\nIt said Startree intends to keep Sembmarine listed on the Singapore Exchange following the completion of the offer.\nBut it also noted that \"Startree reserves the right to re-evaluate its position, taking into account, among other things, the level of acceptances received by Startree in respect of the mandatory general offer and the prevailing market conditions at the relevant time\".\nStartree was issued 9.3 million rights shares as a result of its undertaking in the rights issue, which raised its aggregate shareholding in Sembmarine by 4 per cent.\nSembmarine expects it will electronically disseminate the offer document between Oct 6 and Oct 13, and the offer will close 28 days after posting of the offer document.\nMorgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) has been appointed as sole financial adviser to the offeror in connection with the mandatory general offer.\nShares of Sembmarine closed up 0.3 Singapore cent or 3.7 per cent at 8.8 cents on Tuesday.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"S51.SI":0.9,"U96.SI":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1601,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":815900536,"gmtCreate":1630633253725,"gmtModify":1632469239873,"author":{"id":"3582339314142654","authorId":"3582339314142654","name":"LTTan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ff4cfb8a35f162085843e3c2d42871a9","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582339314142654","authorIdStr":"3582339314142654"},"themes":[],"htmlText":" Inc.’s Asia-Pacific gauge climbed for a sixth day, the longest streak since January, as equities advanced in Japan, Australia and South Korea. U.S. futures fluctuated after energy shares helped the S&P 500 to a new peak. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. strategists said concerns about economic expansion areoverdone, pointing to possible gains in cyclical assets in the near future.
\n
There’s going to be a resumption of the growth trade that slowed over the summer, Michael Cuggino, president at the Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds, said on Bloomberg Television. He added that “we’re going to get a few quarters of unusually high growth as we resume to normal; then it gets really interesting -- is that growth sustainable?”
\n
In the latest Fed comments, Atlanta President Raphael Bostic said “we’re going to let theeconomycontinue to run until we see signs of inflation,” before stepping in on interest rates. U.S. data showed initial jobless claims declined to a fresh pandemic low, while factory orders beat expectations.
\n
Traders are continuing to monitor the political debate over planned U.S. fiscal outlays. jobs data will shape views on Fed policy.\n\nAsian stocks rose Friday and the dollar held a drop after cyclicals led Wall Street to a record high ahead of a U.S. jobs report that will shape views on the outlook for Federal Reserve monetary policy.\nMSCI Inc.’s Asia-Pacific gauge climbed for a sixth day, the longest streak since January, as equities advanced in Japan, Australia and South Korea. U.S. futures fluctuated after energy shares helped the S&P 500 to a new peak. The U.S. 10-year Treasury yield edged up.\nThe payrolls report will color expectations about when the Fed might start tapering pandemic-era stimulus and how long it can wait before hiking interest-rates. The U.S. probably added725,000 jobsin August -- a more moderate pace versus the prior two months, but stronger than early 2021.\nCrude oil was near $70 a barrel on bets that the market can absorb additional supply from OPEC+ as the U.S. Gulf grapples with Hurricane Ida’s impact.\nThe payrolls report is another potential test of the prevailing calm in financial markets, which so far have weathered risks to economic reopening from coronavirus variants and the prospect of less expansive monetary policy. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. strategists said concerns about economic expansion areoverdone, pointing to possible gains in cyclical assets in the near future.\nThere’s going to be a resumption of the growth trade that slowed over the summer, Michael Cuggino, president at the Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds, said on Bloomberg Television. He added that “we’re going to get a few quarters of unusually high growth as we resume to normal; then it gets really interesting -- is that growth sustainable?”\nIn the latest Fed comments, Atlanta President Raphael Bostic said “we’re going to let theeconomycontinue to run until we see signs of inflation,” before stepping in on interest rates. U.S. data showed initial jobless claims declined to a fresh pandemic low, while factory orders beat expectations.\nTraders are continuing to monitor the political debate over planned U.S. fiscal outlays. Senator Joe Manchin is demanding a“strategic pause”in action on President Joe Biden’s economic agenda, potentially imperiling the $3.5 trillion tax and spending package.\nSome of the main moves in markets:\nStocks\n\nS&P 500 futures were steady as of 9:15 a.m. in Tokyo. What's more, Applied's guidance turned out to be strong as well, fueled by the massive growth in semiconductor investments across the globe as chipmakers are scrambling to meet huge end-market demand.
\n
\n
It's worth noting that Applied Materials stock is now trading at a cheaper valuation than it was before the quarterly report came out, thanks to the terrific earnings growth. Its price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is just 23, while the forward earnings multiple of 17 indicates that more bottom-line growth is in the cards. These multiples are lower than the S&P 500 Index's trailing P/E of 31 and forward P/E of 22.
\n
That means there's a golden opportunity for investors to add a rapidly growing company to their portfolios at an attractive valuation, and they shouldn't miss out. Let's look at some reasons.
\n
Applied Materials is now growing at a blistering pace
\n
A $1,000 investment in Applied Materials stock a decade ago would be worth almost $12,000 now:
\n
AMAT data by YCharts.
\n
However, as the chart above shows, the company's top and bottom lines haven't exactly grown at a blistering pace over the past 10 years. Its revenue just about doubled, while earnings growth hasn't been eye-popping either, considering the pace at which the broader market's bottom line has increased. Also, as the chart indicates, most of Applied Materials' gains arrived in the past year and a half, after it became evident that the company's offerings would remain in hot demand amid a global semiconductor shortage that has disrupted several industries.
\n
Not surprisingly, Applied Materials' revenue and earnings have been growing at a much faster pace when compared to its average annual growth in the past 10 years. The company delivered record quarterly revenue of $6.2 billion in Q3, up 41% year over year. It also clocked a record (adjusted) operating margin of 32.7%, a jump of 6.3 percentage points over the prior year.
\n
The terrific sales and margin growth led to record adjusted earnings of $1.90 per share, up 79% from the year-ago quarter. The results crushed the expectations of analysts who'd been looking for $1.77 per share in earnings on $5.94 billion in revenue.
\n
Applied Materials' guidance was the icing on the cake. The company expects, at the midpoint of its guidance range, to earn $1.94 per share this quarter on revenue of $6.33 billion. Wall Street had set the bar lower; analysts were expecting just $1.81 in earnings per share on $6.04 billion in revenue. The midpoint of the guidance indicates that Applied is anticipating 35% year-over-year revenue growth this quarter, while non-GAAP (adjusted) earnings could increase 55%.
\n
The impressive guidance is a clue that Applied Materials has switched into a higher gear, and it's unlikely to step off the gas given the massive end-market opportunity at hand. In fact, it wouldn't be surprising to see its growth over the next decade significantly outpacing the rate at which it's grown in the past 10 years, helping the stock to fly higher once again.
\n
Sustainable growth drivers can help the stock soar
\n
Applied Materials supplies chip fabrication equipment, services, and software to semiconductor manufacturers. Its largest source of revenue is the semiconductor systems business, through which Applied develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor fabrication equipment. This segment produced nearly 72% of the company's total revenue last quarter and recorded 53% year-over-year growth.
\n
Within the semiconductor systems business, the foundry/logic vertical occupied the largest share with 63% of total revenue, up from 55% in the year-ago quarter. The foundry business is built for long-term growth, as chipmakers across the globe are ramping up capacity. For instance, global semiconductor capital spending stood at an estimated $29.4 billion in 2010, according to Gartner. Last year, that number had ballooned to $106.9 billion.
\n
Gartner estimates that global semiconductor spending will rise to $141.9 billion this year. Spending on semiconductor equipment can keep moving higher in the coming years on the back of a huge jump in chip demand.
\n
Applied Materials points out that the semiconductor industry took 40 years to achieve its first $200 billion in revenue; from 2000 to 2017, the industry added the next $200 billion. An additional $200 billion of revenue is expected by 2024, over a shorter span of just seven years. What's more, the semiconductor industry's revenue is anticipated to increase a whopping $400 billion from 2025 to 2030, hitting $1 trillion at the end of the forecast period.
\n
Chipmakers will need to buy new equipment or upgrade their existing setups to cater to this massive increase in semiconductor demand, which will be driven by several verticals including automotive, networking, and industrial. Discussing \"PPACt\" (chip power efficiency, performance, area, cost, and time to market), Applied Materials CEO Gary Dickerson said on the Q3 earnings call that the company is on track to take advantage of these tailwinds and outperform the broader market:
\n
\n As we look ahead, we are confident that the strength of longer-term secular trends will drive semiconductor and wafer fab equipment markets structurally higher. And we believe Applied is in the best position to accelerate our customers' PPACt roadmaps, and grow significantly faster than our markets.\n
\n
All of this indicates that Applied Materials is in a solid position to deliver more upside. Analysts expect the company's earnings to clock a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 25% for the next five years. Last year brought the iPhone 12, a redesigned iPad Air, new audio accessories and M1 Macs. This time around, all eyes should be on the new iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods, the iPad mini and MacBook Pro.
\n
Expect major changes to the smallest iPad, the highest-end Apple notebooks and the entry-level AirPods. The iPhone won’t get quite as big an upgrade, but it remains Apple’s star. The company is expecting one of the biggest iPhone launch cycles ever, projecting the need for over 90 million shipments through calendar 2021 as the world shifts to 5G and economic recoveries spur spending.
\n
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro on display during launch day.Photographer: Ming Yeung/Getty Images Europe
\n
It’s hard to believe that the iPhone 12 first went on sale nearly a year ago. For the most loyal Apple fans, the launch of the iPhone 12 brought some excitement to an otherwise tumultuous period. This year’s launch is already generating some excitement too. A key focus: better camera features and faster speed, while retaining last year’s design. In other words, a classic Apple “S” model (more on that below).
\n
Here’s what I’m expecting:
\n
\n
The same 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch sizes for the regular models, and the same 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch variations for the Pro models. The designs won’t change much, save for a smaller notch at the top of the screen.
\n
New camera capabilities, including a video version of Portrait mode dubbed Cinematic Video, a new AI-driven filter system to apply different styles to your photos, and higher-quality video recording in ProRes for the Pro models.
\n
A faster A15 chip with the same core counts as the A14 chip.
\n
New screen technology that will enable ProMotion (a faster, 120-hertz refresh rate on the Pro models) and potentially an always-on screen mode.
\n
\n
Despite the light upgrades, I do think these new models should be called the iPhone 13 — rather than the 12S. Apple uses “S” branding to signal that a new iPhone isn’t as significant an update, but such models still often have key new features that consumers have clamored for (one exception: the iPhone XS, which didn’t change much).
\n
Year two of the big 5G push is a fair marketing reason to jump to 13 — despite the number being considered unlucky in some regions. The smaller notch also could give Apple reason to move to 13. Or Apple can avoid this whole discussion by finally ditching numbers like it did long ago on the iPad. Can you imagine Apple rolling out iOS 19, the iPhone 15S and the Apple Watch Series 11 in 2025? That sounds absurd.
\n
Apple's entry-level AirPods.Photographer: SOPA Images/LightRocket
\n
Here’s what I’m expecting other than iPhones:
\n
\n
Apple Watch Series 7: Expect a bit of a redesign, with flatter displays and updated screen technology alongside a faster processor. Something else in the works: Remember the launch of Time to Walk on Apple Fitness+ (the feature for listening to celebrities like Draymond Green and Shawn Mendes while walking)? I’m told Apple is readying variations of this service: the self-explanatory Time to Run and Audio Meditations.
\n
AirPods: Expect new entry-level AirPods with a design closer to the AirPods Pro, including a new in-ear shape and shorter stems. These will be the first update to the entry-level AirPods since March 2019 and the most significant update to that part of Apple’s AirPods line since the first model debuted in 2016.
\n
Speaking of biggest upgrade ever, the new iPad mini is destined to be an Apple fan favorite with its thinner borders and complete redesign. There’s also a slimmer and faster ninth-generation iPad coming for students.
\n
M1X MacBook Pros: Finally. More on these below.
\n
\n
The Bench
\n
Apple turns AppleCare+ for Mac into annual subscription. It feels like I have some news related to Apple and finance each week. Here’s today’s tidbit: Apple has quietly started allowing Mac buyers to pay for AppleCare+ on an annual basis instead of for a full three years at the time of purchase. Apple started allowing Mac users to do this from their new machine itself about a month ago, but now they can do it from an Apple retail store, the online store and app, and by phone. So, for example, AppleCare+ for the MacBook Pro can now be bought for $140 a year instead of $380 all at once. The downside: In that real example, Apple is charging you $40 more for not paying it all at once. That means more services revenue for Cupertino.
\n
Apple says it won’t be alerted to accounts with fewer than about 30 illicit images.Apple (on a Friday, of course) announced new details about its system for fighting child sexual abuse material, or CSAM. Apple is hoping to tamp down privacy concerns:
\n
\n
The company said it wouldn’t be alerted to users’ photo libraries unless they have about 30 images that are in its database of child pornography. But that number could change over time.
\n
It also said that its database would be made up of information from multiple organizations across multiple regions — not just NCMEC, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — as it had originally announced.
\n
Third, it said it would have an independent auditor verify the contents of its database to alleviate concerns about governments inserting images into the Apple system in order to spy on users.
\n
\n
Apple also sent its retail store, online store and phone sales staff a new FAQ about the features.
\n
For those unfamiliar, Apple recently announced the following: support in the Siri digital assistant for reporting child abuse and accessing resources related to fighting CSAM; a feature in Messages that will scan devices operated by children for incoming or outgoing nude images; and a new feature for iCloud Photos that will analyze a user’s library for explicit images of children.
\n
If users are found to have such pictures in their libraries, Apple will be alerted, have a human verify the contents, and then report them to law enforcement. There has been considerable pushback on Apple’s efforts, but I don’t see Apple wavering on releasing the features — especially after Friday’s announcements.
\n
Regardless of the positive intentions, some have pointed out that Apple’s technology to analyze user photo libraries for images of child porn is hypocritical to the company’s “What happens on your iPhone, stays on your iPhone” privacy mantra. It also runs counter, according to some observers, to Apple’s reluctance to build a backdoor into the iPhone to help law enforcement glean data from devices belonging to terrorists.
\n
I bought my MacBook Pro in 2019, and it’s still the latest model.I realized while writing this that the 16-inch MacBook Pro launched in November 2019 is Apple’s newest high-end MacBook Pro. Last year brought the iPhone 12, a redesigned iPad Air, new audio accessories and M1 Macs. This time around, all eyes should be on the new iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods, the iPad mini and MacBook Pro.\nExpect major changes to the smallest iPad, the highest-end Apple notebooks and the entry-level AirPods. The iPhone won’t get quite as big an upgrade, but it remains Apple’s star. The company is expecting one of the biggest iPhone launch cycles ever, projecting the need for over 90 million shipments through calendar 2021 as the world shifts to 5G and economic recoveries spur spending.\nThe iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro on display during launch day.Photographer: Ming Yeung/Getty Images Europe\nIt’s hard to believe that the iPhone 12 first went on sale nearly a year ago. For the most loyal Apple fans, the launch of the iPhone 12 brought some excitement to an otherwise tumultuous period. This year’s launch is already generating some excitement too. A key focus: better camera features and faster speed, while retaining last year’s design. In other words, a classic Apple “S” model (more on that below).\nHere’s what I’m expecting:\n\nThe same 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch sizes for the regular models, and the same 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch variations for the Pro models. The designs won’t change much, save for a smaller notch at the top of the screen.\nNew camera capabilities, including a video version of Portrait mode dubbed Cinematic Video, a new AI-driven filter system to apply different styles to your photos, and higher-quality video recording in ProRes for the Pro models.\nA faster A15 chip with the same core counts as the A14 chip.\nNew screen technology that will enable ProMotion (a faster, 120-hertz refresh rate on the Pro models) and potentially an always-on screen mode.\n\nDespite the light upgrades, I do think these new models should be called the iPhone 13 — rather than the 12S. Apple uses “S” branding to signal that a new iPhone isn’t as significant an update, but such models still often have key new features that consumers have clamored for (one exception: the iPhone XS, which didn’t change much).\nYear two of the big 5G push is a fair marketing reason to jump to 13 — despite the number being considered unlucky in some regions. That sounds absurd.\nApple's entry-level AirPods.Photographer: SOPA Images/LightRocket\nHere’s what I’m expecting other than iPhones:\n\nApple Watch Series 7: Expect a bit of a redesign, with flatter displays and updated screen technology alongside a faster processor. Something else in the works: Remember the launch of Time to Walk on Apple Fitness+ (the feature for listening to celebrities like Draymond Green and Shawn Mendes while walking)? I’m told Apple is readying variations of this service: the self-explanatory Time to Run and Audio Meditations.\nAirPods: Expect new entry-level AirPods with a design closer to the AirPods Pro, including a new in-ear shape and shorter stems. These will be the first update to the entry-level AirPods since March 2019 and the most significant update to that part of Apple’s AirPods line since the first model debuted in 2016.\nSpeaking of biggest upgrade ever, the new iPad mini is destined to be an Apple fan favorite with its thinner borders and complete redesign. There’s also a slimmer and faster ninth-generation iPad coming for students.\nM1X MacBook Pros: Finally. More on these below.\n\nThe Bench\nApple turns AppleCare+ for Mac into annual subscription.
Unfortunately, some hiccups have led to production delays for the revamped 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M1X chips. But they should still go on sale by the time the current MacBook Pro hits its two-year anniversary.
\n
Roster Changes
\n
Apple’s iCloud, Health and Artificial Intelligence teams are seeing departures. Some Apple employees tell me that a notable number of engineers are departing Apple’s cloud services, health and AI groups. Here are two big names: Emily Fox, in charge of Health AI research, is departing for a university position starting later this year, and Ruslan Meshenberg, who was a leader on Apple’s cloud infrastructure team after serving as a Netflix VP, just left for Google.
\n
Let me dig into why I think the turnover may be happening. First, the most positive possibility: Apple brought on an atypically high number of engineers for those groups from Netflix, Amazon, Google and other companies in recent years. With a high rate of hiring eventually comes a high rate of departing — especially in Silicon Valley.
\n
Second, those engineers probably wouldn’t need to be in the office if it weren’t for Apple’s requirements. So engineers from those teams could be looking for companies that offer remote opportunities over the longer haul.
\n
Third, the employees may be less optimistic about their work. That means more services revenue for Cupertino.\nApple says it won’t be alerted to accounts with fewer than about 30 illicit images.Apple (on a Friday, of course) announced new details about its system for fighting child sexual abuse material, or CSAM. Apple is hoping to tamp down privacy concerns:\n\nThe company said it wouldn’t be alerted to users’ photo libraries unless they have about 30 images that are in its database of child pornography. But that number could change over time.\nIt also said that its database would be made up of information from multiple organizations across multiple regions — not just NCMEC, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — as it had originally announced.\nThird, it said it would have an independent auditor verify the contents of its database to alleviate concerns about governments inserting images into the Apple system in order to spy on users.\n\nApple also sent its retail store, online store and phone sales staff a new FAQ about the features.\nFor those unfamiliar, Apple recently announced the following: support in the Siri digital assistant for reporting child abuse and accessing resources related to fighting CSAM; a feature in Messages that will scan devices operated by children for incoming or outgoing nude images; and a new feature for iCloud Photos that will analyze a user’s library for explicit images of children.\nIf users are found to have such pictures in their libraries, Apple will be alerted, have a human verify the contents, and then report them to law enforcement. There has been considerable pushback on Apple’s efforts, but I don’t see Apple wavering on releasing the features — especially after Friday’s announcements.\nRegardless of the positive intentions, some have pointed out that Apple’s technology to analyze user photo libraries for images of child porn is hypocritical to the company’s “What happens on your iPhone, stays on your iPhone” privacy mantra. It also runs counter, according to some observers, to Apple’s reluctance to build a backdoor into the iPhone to help law enforcement glean data from devices belonging to terrorists.\nI bought my MacBook Pro in 2019, and it’s still the latest model.I realized while writing this that the 16-inch MacBook Pro launched in November 2019 is Apple’s newest high-end MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, some hiccups have led to production delays for the revamped 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M1X chips. But they should still go on sale by the time the current MacBook Pro hits its two-year anniversary.\nRoster Changes\nApple’s iCloud, Health and Artificial Intelligence teams are seeing departures. Some Apple employees tell me that a notable number of engineers are departing Apple’s cloud services, health and AI groups. Here are two big names: Emily Fox, in charge of Health AI research, is departing for a university position starting later this year, and Ruslan Meshenberg, who was a leader on Apple’s cloud infrastructure team after serving as a Netflix VP, just left for Google.\nLet me dig into why I think the turnover may be happening. First, the most positive possibility: Apple brought on an atypically high number of engineers for those groups from Netflix, Amazon, Google and other companies in recent years. With a high rate of hiring eventually comes a high rate of departing — especially in Silicon Valley.\nSecond, those engineers probably wouldn’t need to be in the office if it weren’t for Apple’s requirements. So engineers from those teams could be looking for companies that offer remote opportunities over the longer haul.\nThird, the employees may be less optimistic about their work. What gigantic advancements have we seen in recent years from those groups?\nApple launched iCloud+ this year, but it just added a handful of features to existing paid iCloud accounts: Private Relay (a VPN on steroids), custom domains and new features for hiding your email address. I think Apple has larger ambitions to revamp its aging cloud infrastructure, but those changes are likely far off.\nApple’s AI team has cooked up some cool features, like better on-device processing for Siri, but we’ve yet to see a long-awaited full Siri revamp. Apple’s Health team has struggled with its own internal issues, and users are clamoring for additional Apple Watch sensors like those for blood-sugar monitoring.\nThe Schedule\nGoogle’s new low-end Pixel phone is just days away.
At its current valuation, buying this tech stock is a no-brainer.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Got $1,000? An additional $200 billion of revenue is expected by 2024, over a shorter span of just seven years. What's more, the semiconductor industry's revenue is anticipated to increase a whopping $400 billion from 2025 to 2030, hitting $1 trillion at the end of the forecast period.\nChipmakers will need to buy new equipment or upgrade their existing setups to cater to this massive increase in semiconductor demand, which will be driven by several verticals including automotive, networking, and industrial. Discussing \"PPACt\" (chip power efficiency, performance, area, cost, and time to market), Applied Materials CEO Gary Dickerson said on the Q3 earnings call that the company is on track to take advantage of these tailwinds and outperform the broader market:\n\n As we look ahead, we are confident that the strength of longer-term secular trends will drive semiconductor and wafer fab equipment markets structurally higher. And we believe Applied is in the best position to accelerate our customers' PPACt roadmaps, and grow significantly faster than our markets.\n\nAll of this indicates that Applied Materials is in a solid position to deliver more upside. Analysts expect the company's earnings to clock a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 25% for the next five years. At its current valuation, buying this tech stock is a no-brainer.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMAT":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1233,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":813627606,"gmtCreate":1630200223905,"gmtModify":1704956893457,"author":{"id":"3582339314142654","authorId":"3582339314142654","name":"LTTan","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ff4cfb8a35f162085843e3c2d42871a9","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3582339314142654","authorIdStr":"3582339314142654"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Finally","listText":"Finally","text":"Finally","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/813627606","repostId":"2162707824","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2162707824","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com
