Food and Drug Administration’s approval of Aduhelm has been controversial, with multiple members of an FDA advisory committeeresigning in protestover the decision. There are concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment.\nPiper Sandler analyst Christopher Raymond said in a note to clients on Friday that he shared some of those concerns but that Aduhelm would still be a winner for Biogen’s business. Once cleared, longer flights would become possible with a pair of pilots alternating rest breaks, instead of the three or four currently needed to maintain at least two in the cockpit.</p>\n<p>That promises savings for airlines, amid uncertainty over the post-pandemic economics of intercontinental flying. Once cleared, longer flights would become possible with a pair of pilots alternating rest breaks, instead of the three or four currently needed to maintain at least two in the cockpit.\nThat promises savings for airlines, amid uncertainty over the post-pandemic economics of intercontinental flying. But it is likely to encounter resistance from pilots already hit by mass layoffs, and safety concerns about aircraft automation.\nLufthansa has also worked on the single-pilot programme but currently has no plans to use it, a spokesman for the German carrier told Reuters.\nCathay Pacific Airways confirmed its involvement but said no decision had been made on eventual deployment.\n\"While we are engaging with Airbus in the development of the concept of reduced crew operations, we have not committed in any way to being the launch customer,\" the Hong Kong carrier said.\nCommercial implementation would first require extensive testing, regulatory approval and pilot training with \"absolutely no compromise on safety\", Cathay said.\n\"The appropriateness and effectiveness of any such rollout as well as (the) overall cost-benefit analysis (will) ultimately depend on how the pandemic plays out.\"\nIt added: \"Having said that, we will continue to engage with Airbus and to support development of the concept.\"\nAirbus has previously disclosed plans to add single-pilot capability to the A350, but the airlines' participation had not been reported. Both companies are well-positioned to take advantage of the short-term mismatch between supply and demand, the investment firm said.\n“In terms of positioning within the equities, one item to consider is timing, and STLD has that in spades as its new flat-roll mill on the Texas Gulf Coast comes on at a time of historically tight supplies (within a few months),” the note said. “CLF also has that given its 2020 acquisitions and is positioned with ample flexibility in raw materials, particularly with the HBI plant—a key differentiator, in our view, and its negotiations on the auto side should help protect margins for that piece of business.”\nGlick set price targets for Cleveland-Cliffs at $39 per share and Steel Dynamics at $107 per share, both roughly 70% above where the stocks closed on Tuesday. After being priced at $17 per share, the stock has jumped nearly 70% to $28.73 per share.\nHowever, some of the biggest investment firms are tepid on the stock after that strong start. A slate of initiations on Monday showed that Wall Street is split on how Oatly should be valued.\nJefferies, which was involved in Oatly’s IPO, has a buy rating and one of the highest price targets on the stock at $34 per share. Guggenheim Securities is similarly bullish at $32 per share and projected significant growth for the company.\n“The company is in the early stages of a long-term growth story that could generate double-digit annual sales growth for at least the next 10 years if it continues to invest heavily in capacity expansion,” Guggenheim said in a note to clients.\nJPMorgan, however, gave the stock a neutral rating and a $24 price target, saying that competition in the space is sure to increase and clouds the outlook for the company.\n“Oatly may have to raise more capital within a couple of years, and we view the stock as slightly overvalued (with volatility likely ahead). All in, we are impressed by Oatly’s fundamentals and potential but would wait for a better entry point,” the JPMorgan note said.\nSimilarly, Morgan Stanley gave the stock an equal weight rating, Tuesday that Tesla's roughly 24% market share and ambitions in the electric vehicle, space and clean energy markets make it a name worth watching.\n\"Tesla is going to continue to be the leader in the industry, especially for the foreseeable future,\" Bapis said on\"Trading Nation.\"\"When you think Tesla, you think innovation.\"\nHe expects the company to keep delivering strong sales and earnings growth, which he said could raise demand for the stock.\n\"If you look at some of these institutional funds ... and they don't have this stock in there, they're definitely going to get questioned Once cleared, longer flights would become possible with a pair of pilots alternating rest breaks, instead of the three or four currently needed to maintain at least two in the cockpit.</p>\n<p>That promises savings for airlines, amid uncertainty over the post-pandemic economics of intercontinental flying. There are concerns about the effectiveness of the treatment.\nPiper Sandler analyst Christopher Raymond said in a note to clients on Friday that he shared some of those concerns but that Aduhelm would still be a winner for Biogen’s business. Fed officials added two rate hikes to their 2023 forecast and increased their inflation projection for the year, while Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said officials have discussed tapering bond buying and would at some point begin slowing the asset purchases.</p>\n<p>Friday also coincides with the quarterly \"quadruple witching\" where options and futures on indexes and equities expire. The mining company will use the proceeds to fund a $750 million share buyback. Arcelor-Mittal rose 1% in premarket action, while Cleveland-Cliffs added 0.3%.</p>\n<p><b>Carnival(CCL) </b>– The cruise line operator disclosed a March data breach that may have exposed personal information of customers of its Carnival, Holland America and Princess brands. It did not disclose how many may have been affected.</p>\n<p><b>Fox Corp.(FOXA) </b>– Fox increased its stock repurchase program by $2 billion to a total of $4 billion, helping to send its shares higher by 2.8% in the premarket.</p>\n<p><b>Pilgrim's Pride(PPC) </b>– Pilgrim's Pride expanded its prepared foods and branded products business by purchasing Kerry Group's Meats and Meals business. After being priced at $17 per share, the stock has jumped nearly 70% to $28.73 per share.\nHowever, some of the biggest investment firms are tepid on the stock after that strong start. A slate of initiations on Monday showed that Wall Street is split on how Oatly should be valued.\nJefferies, which was involved in Oatly’s IPO, has a buy rating and one of the highest price targets on the stock at $34 per share. Guggenheim Securities is similarly bullish at $32 per share and projected significant growth for the company.\n“The company is in the early stages of a long-term growth story that could generate double-digit annual sales growth for at least the next 10 years if it continues to invest heavily in capacity expansion,” Guggenheim said in a note to clients.\nJPMorgan, however, gave the stock a neutral rating and a $24 price target, saying that competition in the space is sure to increase and clouds the outlook for the company.\n“Oatly may have to raise more capital within a couple of years, and we view the stock as slightly overvalued (with volatility likely ahead).
