$FRASERS LOGISTICS & IND TRUST(BUOU.SI)$From sgx announcement.extract. FLCT TO JOIN THE STRAITS TIMES INDEX ON 13 APRIL 2021 SINGAPORE, 9 APRIL 2021

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (“FLCT” and the manager of FLCT, the “REIT Manager”), is pleased to announce that FLCT will be included in the Straits Times Index (STI) from 13 April 2021.

Mr. Robert Wallace, Chief Executive Officer of the REIT Manager, said, “We are delighted that FLCT will be included as a constituent of the STI. Our inclusion into the benchmark index for the Singapore stock market bears testament to the progress we have made as a listed real estate investment trust (“REIT”), which we trust will further elevate FLCT’s profile and visibility with global investors.”

The STI is a market capitalisation weighted index that tracks the performance of the top 30 companies listed on SGX. The index is jointly created by FTSE Russell, Singapore Press Holdings, and the Singapore Exchange.
