完全不同呀，那个是怕不套路回拨发不出去，海西比近期别的医药股便宜好多，这次是分配出了问题，暗盘时国配不能卖出的，他们裸卖了，交易所要收拾他们、所以重新分配后很快就回来了。目前讨论的只是暗盘是否有效的问题。
