Angel畅销全球的原因之一,就是其给现代职场女性提供的“抚慰”感。</p><p>精密策略的营销策略、成熟的IP运营手段以及“无故事”的IP设定,完美契合了当代年轻人的消费心理和情绪需求,也是泡泡玛特成功的秘诀。</p><p>03 “泡沫”争议</p><p>自从泡泡玛特从潮玩圈爆火到“<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/QC7.SI\">全民</a>目击”,盲盒+隐藏款成为吸金黑洞,越来越多的人质疑盲盒潮玩是“金融理财”潮玩。当看到年轻人大把大把撒币到一款玩具上,以及一款玩偶拍卖到108万人民币的高价,让人们涌起了对泡泡玛特的强烈质疑——泡泡玛特是否存在泡沫?</p><p>在潮玩还未走进大众视野的时代,是核心玩家和设计师们在苦心经营这个初生的商业模式,他们向上游沟通潮玩公司改进设计和增加新款式,向下通过自己开店和召集玩家交流向新玩家宣传潮玩概念。可以说是这个行业早期的主要推动者。</p><p>潮玩工作室和公司是IP发起者,而核心玩家则是新产品最重要的传播者,连接着最外层规模庞大的浅层玩家和新玩家。</p><p>炒作导致的加价购买无疑会阻碍新玩家进入。潮玩在其核心核心受众中有着很重的“收藏”属性,炒作导致的价格虚高,破坏了基于不同等级、工艺的正常价格体系,伤害了核心玩家的收藏积极性。长期来看,潮玩行业可能会迎来停滞不前甚至面临玩家群体的放弃。</p><p><img width=\"640\"/></p><p>理性的看,二手市场泡泡玛特潮玩的高溢价并不是管理层乐意看到的,但隐藏款的存在却无形中成了高溢价的助推器。</p><p>从Labubu开始,泡泡玛特似乎在尝试走出盲盒模式,向毛绒玩具、配饰和纯玩偶方向探索,目前看来这种尝试似乎走势不错。</p><p>回到最初的问题:如何理性看待泡泡玛特的成功及其股价?下面四种能力将决定泡泡玛特能否走出“泡沫”争议,向公众证明自身真实的商业价值。</p><p>1、IP创造力:持续推出新IP的能力</p><p>2、IP运营能力:通过运营手段维持一款IP长久生命周期的能力</p><p>3、渠道控制力:把控线上和线下产品流通渠道的能力</p><p>4、定价力:合理给一款IP的潮玩和周边玩具定价,来保证产品的生命周期和稀有程度。</p><p>尽管泡泡玛特将自己定义为潮玩公司,但其本质上是另一种形式的零售公司,影响公司业绩的仍然是零售公司那套指标,销售渠道覆盖度、销售量、sku、复购率等等。这些指标本质上是决定其公司价值的根本原因。</p><p>基于泡泡玛特这种特殊的企业特性,我们可以将泡泡玛特的市值拆分为公司真实价值(零售角度)+溢价(潮玩角度)。这里所谓的溢价构成复杂,社媒的声量、二手产品的高溢价、以及出售的潮玩产品的情绪和情感价值。</p><p>04 三个引申议题</p><p>一、不依赖盲盒后可以走多远</p><p>众所周知,泡泡玛特最初爆火是来自盲盒销售,玩家砸重金就是为了集齐一个系列,或者获得一个隐藏款。这种抓手给泡泡玛特带来的巨大的受益,也带来的公众的谴责。</p><p>可以说Molly的成功离不开盲盒模式,但从Labubu开始我们看到了泡泡玛特摆脱盲盒依赖的决心。从Lisa的包包挂件,到毛绒版Labubu,新的IP正在凭借非盲盒产品获得巨大销量。</p><p>2024年泡泡玛特首次将零售业务划分为四大品类:手办、毛绒、MEGA、衍生品及其他。其中2024年毛绒同比增长1289%,收入占比21.7%,Labubu是高增长的最大功臣。</p><p>在2024年年报中,管理层认为非盲盒模式的毛绒新式的制作材料搭配毛绒的外形,可以带来兼具视觉美感与触觉体验的现象级爆款产品。例如搪胶毛绒,搪胶工艺的运用使玩具面部表情更加生动传神。实际上,Labubu正是凭借其毛绒产品线在东南亚爆火。</p><p>MEGA和衍生产品尽管销量增速高,但由于其体量尚小,还需要时间证明其商业价值。</p><p><img IP界鼻祖Hello Kitty推出于1974年,2021年由于日本明星带货,又重新获得关注;</p><p>• 村上隆的太阳花首次以艺术作品形式面世是在1995年,而后以多种商业联名合作的形式维持着其生命力;</p><p>• 泡泡玛特的老师Sonny Angel在2005年以盲盒潮玩的形式面世;</p><p>• Medicom Toy的BE@RBRICK积木熊最早于2001年推出;</p><p>• 高端潮玩KAWS公仔,最早于1999年以8英寸软胶玩具的形式推出。</p><p>这些比Molly和Labubu年纪更大的IP,凭借不断的授权、联名以及推出新产品依然保持着其生命力。从中可以看到,一款IP如果运营得当,是可以获得持续的商业收入的。</p><p>泡泡玛特当前有THE MONSTERS、MOLLY、SKULLPANDA和CRYBABY四大系列IP营收过10亿元。每个系列中如果选择最高销量的IP加以特别独立运营的话,其创造的价值也会极大推动泡泡玛特年营收增长。</p><p>在我们看来,对于泡泡玛特来说,持续运营一款IP的能力比持续推出新IP的能力更加重要。</p><p>05 回到价值投资的轨道</p><p>泡泡玛特的护城河,并非某一个具体的IP,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MNSO\">名创优品</a>也可以推出某些IP联名潮玩,但<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/09896\">名创优品</a>无法成为泡泡玛特。</p><p>泡泡玛特的这套“制造并分发情绪容器”的独特商业模式正是其护城河所在。这个模式的环环相扣,从制造IP的能力,到精密的IP运营策略,再到销售IP的渠道每一个环节都要由策略驱动和统一管理。这种IP上下游的管理能力是无法被轻易模仿的。</p><p>投资者需要关注的,并非是下一个Labubu的拍卖价,而是回到商业本质,利用常识去分析这家公司,关注其IP<a “泡沫”争议自从泡泡玛特从潮玩圈爆火到“全民目击”,盲盒+隐藏款成为吸金黑洞,越来越多的人质疑盲盒潮玩是“金融理财”潮玩。当看到年轻人大把大把撒币到一款玩具上,以及一款玩偶拍卖到108万人民币的高价,让人们涌起了对泡泡玛特的强烈质疑——泡泡玛特是否存在泡沫?在潮玩还未走进大众视野的时代,是核心玩家和设计师们在苦心经营这个初生的商业模式,他们向上游沟通潮玩公司改进设计和增加新款式,向下通过自己开店和召集玩家交流向新玩家宣传潮玩概念。可以说是这个行业早期的主要推动者。潮玩工作室和公司是IP发起者,而核心玩家则是新产品最重要的传播者,连接着最外层规模庞大的浅层玩家和新玩家。炒作导致的加价购买无疑会阻碍新玩家进入。潮玩在其核心核心受众中有着很重的“收藏”属性,炒作导致的价格虚高,破坏了基于不同等级、工艺的正常价格体系,伤害了核心玩家的收藏积极性。长期来看,潮玩行业可能会迎来停滞不前甚至面临玩家群体的放弃。理性的看,二手市场泡泡玛特潮玩的高溢价并不是管理层乐意看到的,但隐藏款的存在却无形中成了高溢价的助推器。从Labubu开始,泡泡玛特似乎在尝试走出盲盒模式,向毛绒玩具、配饰和纯玩偶方向探索,目前看来这种尝试似乎走势不错。回到最初的问题:如何理性看待泡泡玛特的成功及其股价?下面四种能力将决定泡泡玛特能否走出“泡沫”争议,向公众证明自身真实的商业价值。1、IP创造力:持续推出新IP的能力2、IP运营能力:通过运营手段维持一款IP长久生命周期的能力3、渠道控制力:把控线上和线下产品流通渠道的能力4、定价力:合理给一款IP的潮玩和周边玩具定价,来保证产品的生命周期和稀有程度。尽管泡泡玛特将自己定义为潮玩公司,但其本质上是另一种形式的零售公司,影响公司业绩的仍然是零售公司那套指标,销售渠道覆盖度、销售量、sku、复购率等等。这些指标本质上是决定其公司价值的根本原因。基于泡泡玛特这种特殊的企业特性,我们可以将泡泡玛特的市值拆分为公司真实价值(零售角度)+溢价(潮玩角度)。这里所谓的溢价构成复杂,社媒的声量、二手产品的高溢价、以及出售的潮玩产品的情绪和情感价值。04 三个引申议题一、不依赖盲盒后可以走多远众所周知,泡泡玛特最初爆火是来自盲盒销售,玩家砸重金就是为了集齐一个系列,或者获得一个隐藏款。这种抓手给泡泡玛特带来的巨大的受益,也带来的公众的谴责。可以说Molly的成功离不开盲盒模式,但从Labubu开始我们看到了泡泡玛特摆脱盲盒依赖的决心。从Lisa的包包挂件,到毛绒版Labubu,新的IP正在凭借非盲盒产品获得巨大销量。2024年泡泡玛特首次将零售业务划分为四大品类:手办、毛绒、MEGA、衍生品及其他。其中2024年毛绒同比增长1289%,收入占比21.7%,Labubu是高增长的最大功臣。在2024年年报中,管理层认为非盲盒模式的毛绒新式的制作材料搭配毛绒的外形,可以带来兼具视觉美感与触觉体验的现象级爆款产品。例如搪胶毛绒,搪胶工艺的运用使玩具面部表情更加生动传神。实际上,Labubu正是凭借其毛绒产品线在东南亚爆火。MEGA和衍生产品尽管销量增速高,但由于其体量尚小,还需要时间证明其商业价值。图源:泡泡玛特投资者关系官网二、全球化步伐可以走多快2018年泡泡玛特布局出海,2019年港澳台及海外的渠道为批发模式当年销售达到2689万,2020年达到7417万,尽管增速不慢,但体量无法做大,当年确定了直营门店为主的拓展策略。2024年借助新IP,港澳台及海外的年销售额达到50.65亿人民币,占比从2023年的16.9%提高到38.9%。2025年一季度海外收益同比增长475%- 480%。海外的爆发由Labubu引燃,收入增长刚刚开始,在东南亚已经取得了不小的胜利,Labubu已经成为东南亚多个国家的顶流IP。三、一款IP的生命周期有多久2024年是泡泡玛特成立的第15年,Molly推出已经19年,Labubu也已经十周年了。但Molly和Labubu作为真正走向大众的潮玩IP均不足10年。一个IP其生命周期可以有多长?从Labubu和Molly这两个年轻IP身上是无法得到解答的,我们可以通过对比那些当前仍有较大关注度,但推出历史更加久远的IP来比较,以获得关于生命周期的大概长度预估。• IP界鼻祖Hello Kitty推出于1974年,2021年由于日本明星带货,又重新获得关注;• 村上隆的太阳花首次以艺术作品形式面世是在1995年,而后以多种商业联名合作的形式维持着其生命力;• 泡泡玛特的老师Sonny Angel在2005年以盲盒潮玩的形式面世;• Medicom Toy的BE@RBRICK积木熊最早于2001年推出;• 高端潮玩KAWS公仔,最早于1999年以8英寸软胶玩具的形式推出。这些比Molly和Labubu年纪更大的IP,凭借不断的授权、联名以及推出新产品依然保持着其生命力。从中可以看到,一款IP如果运营得当,是可以获得持续的商业收入的。泡泡玛特当前有THE MONSTERS、MOLLY、SKULLPANDA和CRYBABY四大系列IP营收过10亿元。每个系列中如果选择最高销量的IP加以特别独立运营的话,其创造的价值也会极大推动泡泡玛特年营收增长。在我们看来,对于泡泡玛特来说,持续运营一款IP的能力比持续推出新IP的能力更加重要。05 MONSTERS(包含Labubu)系列,SKULLPANDA等系列也有出现类似情况。针对这一问题,泡泡玛特公告称,抽盒机小程序公告显示,由于近期订单量激增,部分订单未能及时发货。当前该品牌正在紧急发货中,预计将在7天左右发出。业内有声音认为,泡泡玛特或许深谙“饥饿营销”之道。一位玩具行业人士对第一财经分析称,泡泡玛特对于IP的发展规律有一定的经验,不少IP的受欢迎程度会在短期增长后回归平稳,都会经历过“爆红-溢价-退热”的周期。如果短期内专门开模、扩产线,长远来说不利于成本的控制。东莞一家玩具工厂相关人士向第一财经记者表示,泡泡玛特所售的Labubu产品实际上是通过代加工方式生产的,只是泡泡玛特拥有相关版权。泡泡玛特在Labubu销售策略上存在饥饿营销嫌疑。若每个人都能轻松买到Labubu,产品稀缺性就会降低,市场价值也会随之贬值。这种观点也得到了东莞另一家玩具工厂内部人士的认同:“要是人人都能轻易买得到,那它不就变得平平庸庸、毫无特色了吗?”在他看来,保持一定购买难度能维持Labubu在消费者心中的独特地位和高价值感。广东某消费品制造企业老板向第一财经记者表示,从生产能力来看,国内不少工厂完全具备大规模生产Labubu的条件。只要品牌方有足够订单需求,工厂能够迅速扩大产能,满足市场供应。然而,泡泡玛特却并未这样做,反而让市场持续处于供不应求状态,有故意控制产量之嫌,疑似通过“饥饿营销”手段提升产品热度和话题性,进一步巩固品牌在市场中的地位。不仅是被质疑“饥饿营销”,由于供不应求,开始有商户“钻空子”——Labubu仿冒商品也充斥着市场,第一财经记者近期采访了解到,不少仿冒工厂正在批量生产仿冒Labubu,通过线上渠道或者“娃圈”渠道等销售仿冒品。由于正品“一娃难求”,甚至有不少消费者去购买仿冒商品。这也给泡泡玛特带来了品牌伤害。为何供给总是跟不上?抢不到Labubu的背后,暴露出泡泡玛特产能供给的不足。但是,Labubu真的很难生产吗?有玩具生产商向第一财经记者透露,不同玩具的生产周期不同,搪胶玩具的生产周期通常在2~4周。如果是特别款,精准开模到成品,可能要数月。而Labubu商品有相当一部分比例属于搪胶毛绒玩具,普通款制作难度不算太高。有部分工厂反馈,2周就能制作完成Labubu。“尽管制作难度不高,但泡泡玛特对于生产线肯定有自己固定的合作,如果要短期内加大生产量,就需要寻找更多的合作工厂或者加大一个工厂的订单量,这里也会有一些问题,即合作工厂的生产数量都是事先约定的,工厂还有其他商品要制作,都已经安排了制作周期,如果突然之间加大产能,则会打乱原本的计划,可能不易操作。如果寻找新的工厂则需要审核时间。当然,如果真的要提高产能,也可以想办法加急处理,调整生产线。”上述玩具生产商透露。一位不愿具名的业内人士对记者分析称,Labubu供不应求可能存在多方面原因。首先是原材料方面的限制。Labubu制作可能涉及一些特殊原材料,例如,某些稀有的塑料原料或特殊涂料,供应稳定性难以保证。一旦原材料短缺,生产线就不得不放缓甚至停滞,进而导致产品供不应求。其次是技术含量的限制。“Labubu的工艺和设计对生产技术或许有一定的要求。从模具制作到产品组装,每个环节都需要较好技艺和严格质量把控。若生产技术无法及时跟上市场需求增长,产能自然会受到限制。Labubu的设计专利、商标构成商业护城河,扩产可能威胁这一核心资产。若代工厂数量增加,知识产权管控难度增加。”“还有一种可能就是接单量过大。如今Labubu太火爆了,导致需求量骤增,所以收到的订单非常多,虽然是限量发售,但需求量太大,难免会过度接单,供给跟不上。”有专做潮玩的业者认为。第一财经记者了解到,泡泡玛特国内工厂主要分布于珠三角、江西等地,采取的是类似“苹果+富士康”的合作机制,核心工厂数量官方暂未披露。此前泡泡玛特供应链负责人表示,泡泡玛特主力供应商是长期合作的战略,短期内产能的急剧上扬以及短期交付的品质保证,都考验着泡泡玛特的“能力”。东莞一位泡泡玛特工厂负责人告诉第一财经记者,泡泡玛特对于工厂的筛选非常严格,“不管是潮玩手办还是毛绒,生产要求比传统玩具高很多,比如现在市场上最火的搪胶毛绒,脸部要求0瑕疵,加上毛绒比较软,很容易形状不一致。去年调产能的时候也有工厂直接举手‘投降’,表示做不了。”泡泡玛特或许从2024年就开始扩大Labubu的产品线了。一位赣州市顺嘉玩具(信丰)有限公司前员工告诉记者,该厂生产的就是Labubu。天眼查数据显示,顺嘉玩具(信丰)有限公司在2024年10月审批了一个新建项目,项目概况显示,该厂设有毛绒部、点胶区、喷漆部、移印部等。项目建成投产后可年产200万件塑胶电子玩具、1000万件毛绒电子玩具。随着产能的扩大,顺嘉玩具(信丰)有限公司还存在长期工的缺口。顺嘉玩具(信丰)有限公司的一位招聘人员自今年4月以来,一直在朋友圈发布招聘信息。充棉工、手缝工是他最常发布的岗位。7月初,Labubu位于广东的工厂也在招暑期工。“具体哪个工序不清楚,今天、明天就要到岗位。”相关招聘负责人表示。针对近期外部热议的产能不足一事,泡泡玛特相关负责人告诉一财记者,“目前最核心的是需求远超产能预期,这种失衡并非单一事件,而是连续发生的预测偏差——每当我们以为‘这应该是天花板了’,市场总能刷新预期。这种需求‘指数级增长’让原本线性变化的供应链体系难以承载。”第一财经记者了解,为了应对这一挑战,泡泡玛特已经积极采取措施,全面扩大产能,并考虑推迟部分新品上市;对现有产品线进行产能重新分配,并在四大区分批开启预售。“我们希望更多消费者在合理的周期内买到产品的同时,能够抑制二级市场投机炒作,为消费者创造更好的消费环境。”上述负责人表示。如何平衡全局泡泡玛特一直是靠“IP”赚钱的公司。上市之时,泡泡玛特曾在招股书中强调:“IP是我们的业务核心。”而网红绿眼金发小人“MOLLY”当时是泡泡玛特的招牌IP。如同当下的Labubu,早年间,泡泡玛特经历过以MOLLY这个IP为主要营收占比的阶段。财报显示,2017年,MOLLY为泡泡玛特带来的收益占所有IP收益的89.4%,在2018年占比62.9%。不过,此后随着更多IP的出现,MOLLY在2019年为泡泡玛特贡献的收益下降至27.1%。2020年和2021年,MOLLY带来的收入分别占所有IP收入的14.2%和15.7%,之后几年间也保持相对稳定。进入2022年,新IP持续出圈,“MOLLY”已不是公司最赚钱的IP,首次被其他IP占领了首位。其中,“SKULLPANDA”“MOLLY”和“DIMOO”在2022年上半年分别实现收入4.62亿元、4.04亿元和2.98亿元,同比分别增长了152.3%、98.3%和45.6%。2024年,Labubu所在的THE MONSTERS系列总营收高达30.4亿元,同比激增726.6%。2024年,THE MONSTERS系列就像一匹“黑马”,带来的收入占比暴增至公司总营收的23.3%,而在2023年,这个数字仅为5.8%。至于其他IP的收入占比,在2024年均同比下滑,好在从收入绝对值来看,其他IP在2024年也是增加的,只不过增长率远低于THE Labubu风靡海内外。名创优品难以复制泡泡玛特的增长神话,是因为它没有独具特色的自有IP,在授权模式之下没有宽厚的护城河,更缺乏动人的资本故事。就算是泡泡玛特,投资机构在如今的高点上也很难预判它的未来走向。市场上一种说法是,Labubu总有一天会“凉”,就如Molly已经没有之前那么火一样。如果泡泡玛特未能够迅速找到新的IP来代替Labubu,泡泡玛特也将泯然众人。市场上的乐观派却觉得,泡泡玛特的盲盒模式拿捏了人心,它的增长曲线将一往直前。无论泡泡玛特去往何方,潮玩界都很难在短时间内出现下一个千亿级别的公司。消费者对IP的喜好并不能被预测,就算是泡泡玛特也很难保证自己永远站在顶端。其他的潮玩企业不断研发或者签约新的IP,也都将面对一个不确定的未来。爆火不可预测事实上,Labubu并不是泡泡玛特旗下新诞生的IP。2018年,Labubu被泡泡玛特推向大众市场,彼时的Labubu并不是最受欢迎的IP,那时候泡泡玛特旗下最火的是MOLLY、SKULLPANDA、DIMOO等。21世纪经济报道记者从泡泡玛特历年财报中发现,2022年,SKULLPANDA营收为8.5亿元,同比增长43.1%;MOLLY在2022年的营收为8亿元,同比增长13.8%;DIMOO营收5.8亿元。那一年,Labubu所在的THE MONSTERS并未被泡泡玛特作为主推的IP宣传。2023年,泡泡玛特营收贡献比例前三的是SKULLPANDA、MOLLY和DIMOO,分别实现营收10.25亿元、10.2亿元、7.38亿元,同比增长20.3%、27.2%、27.6%。当年,Labubu所在THE MONSTERS贡献的收入是3.68亿元,同比增长39.9%。一位泡泡玛特的早期玩家告诉21世纪经济报道记者,“我入坑的时候玩的都是MOLLY,以前MOLLY很火。我喜欢的宇航员、睡莲系列都被抢破了头,但那会玩Labubu的人没那么多,都觉得有点丑。”2024年,泡泡玛特旗下IP的座次大挪移。当年,THE MONSTERS疯狂蹿升,实现营收30.41亿元。MOLLY、SKULLPANDA和CRYBABY则分别实现20.93亿元、13.08亿元和11.65亿元的营收。也正是Labubu的爆火,将泡泡玛特推上了高位。2024年上半年,泡泡玛特股价常年在低位徘徊,随着Labubu的爆火,泡泡玛特股价一飞冲天,去年7月至今其股价涨幅超过500%。国际大行更是坚定看好泡泡玛特,摩根大通预计,THE MONSTERS系列销售额将从2024年的30亿元增长至2027年的140亿元。其海外销售额今年将同比增长152%,今年至2027年复合增长42%,占2027年销售额的65%。能否逃脱“时代眼泪”在潮玩界人士看来,Labubu的爆火或者熄火,并没有规律可以遵循。“IP突然爆火是没办法被预测的,你不知道为什么它突然就火了。假如说我知道,我可能会早几年就囤这个IP的东西,但事实并没有,因为这样做很容易砸手上,假如火的不是Labubu而是别的呢?我的同行也多数没有这个眼光,一般都是什么火炒什么。”一位潮玩直播间的主播告诉21世纪经济报道记者。很多例子可以印证IP的生命力有限。潮玩产品总是很难摆脱“一阵风”的困境。上述主播举例称,Bearbrick也曾是红极一时的IP,在火爆的时候需要溢价很多才可以买到,但现在1万买的可能1000都卖出不去,“我早不玩了,但手上还有一堆卖不掉,多数型号都失去了流通性,是时代的眼泪无疑。”就像Supreme、Off
