$Vinco Ventures, Inc.(BBIG)$ This is what I'm hearing. As long as you own BBIG by 10-20 you will get the dividend at the open on 10-22. The ex-div date is 10-21. This means you can sell the shares later in the day on 10-21 and still receive div on 10-22. Why sell? Well as you are aware, the value of the spin off comes directly out of the pps of the parent company bbig. If bbig is $6 and the tyde shares open at $2, bbig falls immediately to $4. This drop will cause some to sell off more because their goal was just to obtain the div. I'm selling bbig before the close Thursday. Shorts know we cant sell Wednesday or we'll lose the div. Look for a short attack in PM next Wed.

$Altimeter Growth Corp.(AGC)$ this is a 40 billion valuation. This stock should easily be $100 a share if not more. Don’t be duped into selling at $11 or 12. That’s exactly when volume spikes enough for a run with these SPACs.
