This year cyclicals & energy have been big winners and they will cycle back to tech growth. About a week or two before you hear any news on a rotation you will start to see tech accumulate then move up. $Pfizer(PFE)$ When was the last time you saw PFE jump almost 5% in a day? It was bound to give back some with or without any news. This is a big pharma which has added 50% to its revenues in a year and will sustain this for atleast three years. Tell me one other big pharma which did that recently? I believe the highest PT right now is 55 but I suspect we have higher ones coming our way.
