Can we trust Tesla's accounting? Musk claimed, after the Model 3 ramp, that the company was "single digit weeks" away from collapse during the ramp -- but this "single digit weeks" from bankruptcy never showed itself in the company's SEC-filings; the company showed it had solvency for a year or more. Tesla's auditors never required any "going-concern" warning be filed with the audited statements. This raises the suspicion that there are two sets of books; Musk was aware of a bankruptcy risk being just days away, but this condition was hidden from thepublic-investor with false SEC filings.$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

I am a big $亚马逊(AMZN)$ fan and think true longs (5 years+) will be more than fine. I jumped in at 1,670 when the stock was pushed down in late 2018. I had to wait more than a year for a breakout before it exploded 100% over a 6-mo period last year. Then it seemed to stall given how quickly it rose and I felt like it was a good time to exit my position. I've actually been surprised it only briefly spiked from where it was a year ago but here we are. This stock is a keeper but you have to be on a very long timeline at this point.
I don't think you should buy this companies in the IPO price. The first few weeks are usually extremely volatile and usually goes down a lot before it goes back up, even BABA went down a bit and then started climbing. $DiDi Global Inc. (DIDI)$$DiDi Global Inc.(DIDI)$
Did you guys catch this CNBC report? The correspondent said in the past TSLA always had over 75% of market share in USA. But because GM and Ford entered BEV market, this quarter Tesla will drop to about 50%. And more competition from Toyota and European auto makers will come in the next few quarters. And unlike in the past, super rich are buying BEV and they don't care about prices. Now the people who buy BEV will compare price and features provided on the similar priced among brands. Tough road ahead of Tesla. $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

$DiDi Global Inc.(DIDI)$ If IPO was in Hong Kong Exchange, usually the first day price could be double, then 300-400% up. Now we don’t need to wait for 7 departmental regulators to examine its books.
$Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp.(ZOM)$ This will be lucky to ever hit a dollar again. I really want it to skyrocket, but it won't. I keep hearing people say it is a long term investment, but there are major problems long term. First, boomers have their money in safer investments than risky tech stocks. As they age, they will need that money, so they aren't going to risk it again, and that was a lot of money. Second, Gen X (and some boomers) are putting a lot of money into housing and, millennials (and Gen X) are going into crypto instead of just stocks. Housing is likely to crash in the near term, creating a financial crisis on top of the one we already have with COVID, which isn't going away any time soon, leading to a poor economy. By the time t
