$Exxon Mobil(XOM)$ Hopefully oil companies do have strategies to transform themselves to other areas. Else they may risk being left behind when the world rely less on oil. Though there is at least a decade before we reach this stage where oil reliance will be significantly reduced. 

$KEPPEL DC REIT(AJBU.SI)$ i think a long term for this stock is OK as it is less affected by recession and pandemic.
