No matter what, it's good for Chinese tech companies to show some social contributions and responsibilities. Care less what media says, at the end it is a positive move that counts.

There are 2 types of Chinese tech, one that advance national interest eg help China fight US rivalry, and the others that threaten social stability (data security/privacy, excessive loans, tuitions). China govt clamped down latter type is understandable. On investing, must bet on the right industry. A rising tide lifts all boats while falling tide affects all boats. Remember hope is never an investment plan.

Market crash comes when least expected by the crowd, otherwise it is not a crash nor a crash exists at all.
