src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/9FA121A81DD0D3E6E53B790318DCB716656341F1_size150_w830_h329.png\"/></p><p>不过,据<strong>字母榜(ID:wujicaijing)</strong>获悉,在卸任车BU董事长之外,<strong>余承东还同时卸任了智能终端与智能汽车部件IRB主任。</strong></p><p>过去4年间,余承东在车BU的职务经历了四次调整:</p><p><strong>2020年11月,华为车BU成立一年半后,余承东正式出任重组后的智能终端与智能汽车部件IRB主任,统领车BU;</strong></p><p><strong>2021年5月,余承东兼任车BU CEO;</strong></p><p><strong>2023年9月,余承东卸任车BU CEO,转任车BU董事长;</strong></p><p><strong>2025年4月,余承东卸任车BU董事长,且不再担任智能终端与智能汽车部件IRB主任。</strong></p><p>尽管告别了车BU,但这并不意味着余承东跟华为汽车业务再无关联。<strong>归属在终端BG的智选车业务,即鸿蒙智行,仍归属余承东领导。</strong></p><p>此时选择调整余承东在车BU的职务,一大原因是车BU分拆独立一事进入到了收尾期。此时,华为车BU已没有存在的必要,余承东卸任车BU董事长也便顺理成章。</p><p>2023年11月,华为与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000625\">长安汽车</a>在华为深圳总部签署《投资合作备忘录》。根据合作协议,华为拟成立一家新公司,整合车BU的核心技术和资源。</p><p>近一年半过去,近期,独立后的新公司深圳引望智能技术有限公司(简称“深圳引望”)又完成了新的工商信息变更,现华为轮值董事长徐直军兼任深圳引望董事长,余承东则出任副董事长。</p><p><strong>至于为何余承东未能继续履职新公司深圳引望的董事长,这或许跟余承东负责之下华为汽车销量不佳有关。</strong></p><p>进入2025年,华为鸿蒙智行销量下滑严重,明星车型问界M9在1月的销量还有12483辆,2、3月则分别下滑至5571辆、5236辆。问界M9的销量下滑,还可以拿车型换代解释,但另一明星车型问界新M7,月销量也开始连续不足万辆。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/E1EC1932B9359A8B75A43DCBB53081394A31DD25_size201_w831_h727.png\"/></p><p>图注:2024年1-12月鸿蒙智行销量</p><p>根据懂车帝2月份车型数据,鸿蒙四界旗下一众车型,已经没有一款能够实现月销破万的成绩。具体来看,问界M9当月销量5242辆,问界新M7为5204辆,问界M5为869辆;智界R7为8748辆,智界S7为832辆;享界S9为622辆。</p><p>余承东之外,近期因销量不佳而下课的车企高官还有乐道总裁艾铁成。</p><p>因未能实现3月份月销破3万辆的目标,乐道总裁艾铁成于近期正式辞职,并同时辞去了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>高级副总裁职务。</p><p><strong>对于余承东而言,连续两个月销量不佳,背后反映出的更大问题或许在于,华为曾经那套把车卖爆的密码,当下成功实施的难度,越来越大了。</strong></p><p>不同于小鹏、小米乃至零跑们的极致性价比爆款策略,华为一开始就走向了技术溢价的道路。但随着各家车企在智能驾驶技术上的追赶,以及硬件设施的快速迭代,<strong>技术溢价的生命周期正变得越来越短。</strong>想要继续被贴上“遥遥领先”的标签,摆在余承东面前的挑战,正被进一步放大。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/9C0929D5707DFA0F7A2CBC2B9605B22419B476F7_size7_w681_h681.png\"/></p><p>在解释如何保证华为与合作车企最终都能够赚到钱的问题时,时任华为终端智选车业务总裁汪严旻给出的答案是,华为只有让这些30万元以上的新车一一成为爆款才有可能,“如果不能成为爆款,商业模式就不能闭环。”</p><p>依据当下新能源行业的爆款底线,这意味着华为鸿蒙四界下的一众车型,都至少需要做到月销过万。</p><p><strong>过去两年间,华为找到的将车卖爆的密码之一就是技术溢价,通过将华为领先行业的技术创新装入合作车型,进而推动汽车大卖。</strong></p><p>为了更顺畅推动上述技术溢价策略的落地实施,三年前推出智选车模式时,余承东特意避开了BBA(奔驰宝马奥迪)们,其给出的解释是,华为要赢、要能活下来,主动权一定要掌握在自己手中。</p><p>这个“主动权”最直接的表现就是对价格的主导。从目前已经达成合作的汽车品牌来看,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601127\">赛力斯</a>借助问界M7、M9售价最高超过50万元,北汽借助享界S9也卖到了40万元往上,江淮更是凭借尊界S800突破百万元。</p><p>技术溢价带来的好处更是显而易见。随着问界系列大卖,在牵手华为后亏了四年的赛力斯,终于迎来扭亏为盈时刻:近期发布的2024年报中,赛力斯实现营业收入1451.76亿元,同比增长305.04%,净利润59.46亿元,上年则为净亏损24.50亿元。</p><p>合作车企赚钱,华为也跟着吃肉。最近更新的2024年华为财报显示,车BU收入同比增长474.4%,达到263.53亿元,并首次实现年度盈利。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/676C59D0BB102137003FD0DA40046F74FA3A2953_size37_w830_h486.png\"/></p><p><strong>但想要将这套技术溢价的卖车密码循环往复,前提之一是车企得始终确保自身车型搭载的技术能力,能够跑赢行业技术更新迭代的速度。</strong></p><p><strong>如今,在华为引以为傲的智能驾驶技术上,其正迎来越来越激烈的竞争。</strong></p><p>2023、2024年,标配智驾尚未成为行业共识,华为一度凭借其在智能驾驶技术上的领先优势,给旗下智选车业务带来差异化卖点。</p><p>但随着大模型技术引入车圈,由<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>流行开来的端到端模式,给了一众车企迎头追赶的机会。</p><p>进入2025年,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>、吉利、奇瑞等更是接力掀起了一场<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/QC7.SI\">全民</a>智驾平权的新竞争。原来只能在30万元车型上体验的部分高阶智驾功能,现在10万元小车上也有了。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/C1B90C251D5C21CB2B7EF5BA436B08F379A368B1_size6_w681_h681.png\"/></p><p><strong>智能化加持下的品牌溢价认可能力,同样经受着新能源汽车行业的拷问。</strong></p><p>即便是老牌高端车企奔驰,在其2022年推出的百万级<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">豪华</a>新能源车型 EQS后,因销量惨淡,售价也不得不被官方多次下调,降幅最高一度超过40万元。</p><p><strong>技术溢价和品牌溢价均遭遇挫折之际,另有一批汽车厂商则靠着极致性价比策略,成为当下新能源汽车行业新的“优等生”。</strong></p><p>经历过2022年G9定价和配置设计等失误引发的销量灾难后,在去年发布的两款新车上,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV\">小鹏汽车</a>创始人何小鹏开始转向极致性价比,MONA M03下探到12万元,P7+下探到18.68万元。</p><p>在晚点LatePost的报道中,小鹏内部原本为P7+定了18.98万元的起售价,以此搏一个更高的毛利,但只有何小鹏坚持,“我不干了,我要规模”,并拍板定下了18.68万的价格。</p><p>极致性价比的效果立竿见影。去年初月销量还无法破万的小鹏,最近已经连续5个月交付量破3万。</p><p>比何小鹏早一步践行极致性价比路线的雷军,在小米SU7上获得成功后,又再一次将其应用到了年初发布的小米SU7 Ultra上。</p><p>相比去年10月份亮相时的预售价81.49万元,雷军向外界营造出了一种买到小米SU7 Ultra立省近30万元的占便宜错觉。横向对比华为尊界S800的百万售价和<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>ET9的近80万元起售价,小米SU7 Ultra的52.99万元售价,又一次抢到了最具性比价豪车的标签。</p><p>价格开道之下,雷军给小米SU7 Ultra设定的年销售超1万辆目标,在开售2小时内就率先完成。</p><p>同样靠着性价比策略大卖的零跑,更是毫不避讳外界对其“半价理想”的认知。零跑创始人朱江明回应道:“大家对<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/09863\">零跑汽车</a>产品力的认可,设计、舒适性可以和理想媲美,是对产品的加分项。不过零跑还有更多的创新,很多方面和<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>完全不一样。”</p><p>凭借上述一策略,零跑汽车在2024年成功扭亏为盈,成为继理想汽车之后,第二家实现盈利的造车新势力。</p><p><img src=\"https://x0.ifengimg.com/ucms/2025_15/929670D9D73B15A1489347B2C5D58C9BD4BB50BD_size652_w830_h485.png\"/></p><p><strong>走上极致性价比路线的这些车企,另一大共同点在于,它们虽然也强调技术创新,但几乎从不标榜自己有了超越特斯拉的能力。</strong></p><p>放弃跟行业头部车企比拼技术领先,转而比拼性价比,这显然是一套比走技术溢价路线更容易维持竞争优势周期的策略。</p><p>在余承东说出华为智驾能力还要好于特斯拉FSD时,何小鹏曾感慨特斯拉FSD V12版本“非常非常惊讶,跟以前完全不是一个版本了。”雷军更是在智能化上直接将特斯拉称为小米汽车的学习追赶对象。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000625\">长安汽车</a>在华为深圳总部签署《投资合作备忘录》。根据合作协议,华为拟成立一家新公司,整合车BU的核心技术和资源。</p><p>近一年半过去,近期,独立后的新公司深圳引望智能技术有限公司(简称“深圳引望”)又完成了新的工商信息变更,现华为轮值董事长徐直军兼任深圳引望董事长,余承东则出任副董事长。</p><p><strong>至于为何余承东未能继续履职新公司深圳引望的董事长,这或许跟余承东负责之下华为汽车销量不佳有关。</strong></p><p>进入2025年,华为鸿蒙智行销量下滑严重,明星车型问界M9在1月的销量还有12483辆,2、3月则分别下滑至5571辆、5236辆。问界M9的销量下滑,还可以拿车型换代解释,但另一明星车型问界新M7,月销量也开始连续不足万辆。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>高级副总裁职务。</p><p><strong>对于余承东而言,连续两个月销量不佳,背后反映出的更大问题或许在于,华为曾经那套把车卖爆的密码,当下成功实施的难度,越来越大了。</strong></p><p>不同于小鹏、小米乃至零跑们的极致性价比爆款策略,华为一开始就走向了技术溢价的道路。但随着各家车企在智能驾驶技术上的追赶,以及硬件设施的快速迭代,<strong>技术溢价的生命周期正变得越来越短。</strong>想要继续被贴上“遥遥领先”的标签,摆在余承东面前的挑战,正被进一步放大。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>流行开来的端到端模式,给了一众车企迎头追赶的机会。</p><p>进入2025年,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>、吉利、奇瑞等更是接力掀起了一场<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/QC7.SI\">全民</a>智驾平权的新竞争。原来只能在30万元车型上体验的部分高阶智驾功能,现在10万元小车上也有了。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">豪华</a>新能源车型 EQS后,因销量惨淡,售价也不得不被官方多次下调,降幅最高一度超过40万元。</p><p><strong>技术溢价和品牌溢价均遭遇挫折之际,另有一批汽车厂商则靠着极致性价比策略,成为当下新能源汽车行业新的“优等生”。</strong></p><p>经历过2022年G9定价和配置设计等失误引发的销量灾难后,在去年发布的两款新车上,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV\">小鹏汽车</a>创始人何小鹏开始转向极致性价比,MONA M03下探到12万元,P7+下探到18.68万元。</p><p>在晚点LatePost的报道中,小鹏内部原本为P7+定了18.98万元的起售价,以此搏一个更高的毛利,但只有何小鹏坚持,“我不干了,我要规模”,并拍板定下了18.68万的价格。</p><p>极致性价比的效果立竿见影。去年初月销量还无法破万的小鹏,最近已经连续5个月交付量破3万。</p><p>比何小鹏早一步践行极致性价比路线的雷军,在小米SU7上获得成功后,又再一次将其应用到了年初发布的小米SU7 Ultra上。</p><p>相比去年10月份亮相时的预售价81.49万元,雷军向外界营造出了一种买到小米SU7 Ultra立省近30万元的占便宜错觉。横向对比华为尊界S800的百万售价和<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>ET9的近80万元起售价,小米SU7 Ultra的52.99万元售价,又一次抢到了最具性比价豪车的标签。</p><p>价格开道之下,雷军给小米SU7 Ultra设定的年销售超1万辆目标,在开售2小时内就率先完成。</p><p>同样靠着性价比策略大卖的零跑,更是毫不避讳外界对其“半价理想”的认知。零跑创始人朱江明回应道:“大家对<a V12版本“非常非常惊讶,跟以前完全不是一个版本了。”雷军更是在智能化上直接将特斯拉称为小米汽车的学习追赶对象。</p><p><img CEO;2023年9月,余承东卸任车BU EQS后,因销量惨淡,售价也不得不被官方多次下调,降幅最高一度超过40万元。技术溢价和品牌溢价均遭遇挫折之际,另有一批汽车厂商则靠着极致性价比策略,成为当下新能源汽车行业新的“优等生”。经历过2022年G9定价和配置设计等失误引发的销量灾难后,在去年发布的两款新车上,小鹏汽车创始人何小鹏开始转向极致性价比,MONA M03下探到12万元,P7+下探到18.68万元。在晚点LatePost的报道中,小鹏内部原本为P7+定了18.98万元的起售价,以此搏一个更高的毛利,但只有何小鹏坚持,“我不干了,我要规模”,并拍板定下了18.68万的价格。极致性价比的效果立竿见影。去年初月销量还无法破万的小鹏,最近已经连续5个月交付量破3万。比何小鹏早一步践行极致性价比路线的雷军,在小米SU7上获得成功后,又再一次将其应用到了年初发布的小米SU7
