$Lucid Group Inc(LCID)$ Lucid tries to go from 510 million shares to 15 billion shares, CEO spoke of only delivering 577 cars “sometime”, he’s delayed production since last year, the cars are overpriced- $160k per vehicle, no solid charging infrastructure, bills to keep up the casa grande plant is mounting, he’s screwed investors with the $15 PIPE deal, he’s screwed investors with the delisting of warrants, Lucid owes billions of dollars to Saudi, Saudi is the majority shareholder 60+ percent. Inflation is killing the economy, Lucid does not have the best technology by years end, and economy of scale will be a limiting factor, several EV companies will compete and outperform Lucid, and Lucid cars are unproven.

Current Shorts need to cover their positions before October 20 or cover for Tyde as well adding buying pressure. It would be crazy to try new shorting this week therefore no added downward price pressure. So in conclusion few will be selling and some Shorts trapped will need to buy. Lastly, given the exposure and volume Bbig has had just add a cup of fomo and BOOM!!!!

$Phunware, Inc.(PHUN)$ 1. Options won’t make a difference if everyone just keeps buying what they can and holding shares 2. Could minimize pressure but I don’t see this rate dropping quickly, will still be high 3. Maybe the hedge funds and big time shorts wanna grab some calls for when it blasts off…who knows, all speculation…let’s still focus on healthy moves up

Now after the direct offering, CEO hinted again “our financial strength has been the strongest ever”. He don’t say this for no reason especially 2 weeks before earnings. Get in early, not chase when this reach 10. Or even 20.
