has opened an investigation into electric-van startup Workhorse Inc.,according to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
\n
The focus of the inquiry, which is being conducted by the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan, wasn’t revealed in the documents.
\n
Spokesmen for the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office and Workhorse declined to comment on the probe.
\n
Also investigating Workhorse is the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, whose probe into the company was reported by the Journal in September. Workhorse has since said it had notified the SEC of misstatements it had made to safety regulators.
\n
Shares in Workhorse closed at $7.22 Thursday, down 82% from an all-time high of $41.34 in February. Since late July, the company has installed new executive leadership, withdrawn financial guidance, stopped production and recalled vans that had already been delivered to customers.
\n
Last year, electric-vehicle startups saw an influx of billions of dollars, many through mergers with special-purpose-acquisition companies, or SPACs. Workhorse’s roots as a public company go back to 2010, but its stock price benefited last year from the increased investor interest in EVs. Shares of Workhorse rocketed more than 2,000% between March 2020 and this past February.
\n
Workhorse is the third electric-vehicle company known to have come under scrutiny from both federal prosecutors and securities regulators in the past 14 months.
\n
This July, the Justice Department and the SEC filed securities-fraud charges against Trevor Milton, founder and former executive chairman of hydrogen-truck startup Nikola Corp.On Thursday,Nikola said it was putting aside $125 million ahead of a potential settlement with the SEC.
\n
Nikola is “looking forward to resolving the outstanding issues relating to our founder and bringing that chapter to a close and maintaining our focus on delivering trucks to our customers,” Chief Executive Mark Russell said. Nikola said in a regulatory filing Thursday that it is committed to cooperating fully with the SEC and Justice Department investigations, which are ongoing.
\n
A spokesman for Mr. Milton declined to comment. After he was charged in July, a spokesman for Mr. Milton’s lawyers said he was innocent and had been wrongly accused following a faulty investigation.
\n
Earlier this year, the SEC and the Justice Department opened probes into Lordstown Motors Corp., a company in which Workhorse was an early investor.
\n
Lordstown Motors has said it is committed to cooperating with any investigations.
\n
Both Workhorse and Lordstown have been targeted by short sellers who say they are skeptical of the companies’ products and prospects for future business.
\n
Based in Loveland, Ohio, Workhorse manufactures electric delivery vans that it aims to sell to commercial-fleet operators like United Parcel Service Inc.Workhorse had been a bidder on a new contract to make mail delivery trucks for the U.S. Postal Service, but lost the bid in February. The company challenged that decision in court but has since withdrawn its complaint.
\n
On July 29, Workhorse said it was hiring Richard Dauch as chief executive and pulling its financial guidance for investors. Former Workhorse CEO Duane Hughes left the company by mutual agreement.
\n
A few weeks later, Mr. Dauch opened an earnings call saying the company was revising designs for its flagship C-1000 vans in response to customer feedback that said they lacked payload capacity.
\n
On Sept. 22, Workhorse said it was suspending deliveries of the C-1000 and recalling 41 that had already been delivered to customers. The company said that the vehicles needed more testing to comply with federal safety standards and that earlier statements related to their compliance made to federal regulators couldn’t be relied on.
\n
Last month, the company disclosed that the chief financial officer, chief operating officer and general counsel who had been at the company with Mr. Hughes had left or would leave the company.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Electric-Van Maker Workhorse Is Being Investigated by the Justice Department, Documents Show
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nElectric-Van Maker Workhorse Is Being Investigated by the Justice Department, Documents Show\n
\n\n
\n\n\n\n\n\n

\n\n
\n
Tiger Newspress
\n
2021-11-05 22:30
\n
\n\n\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
Electric-van maker Workhorse stock Dived 9% in morning trading after the report that it was being investigated by the Justice Department, documents showed, according to The Wall Street Journal.
\n

\n
The Justice Department has opened an investigation into electric-van startup Workhorse Inc.,according to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
The company said that the vehicles needed more testing to comply with federal safety standards and that earlier statements related to their compliance made to federal regulators couldn’t be relied on.\nLast month, the company disclosed that the chief financial officer, chief operating officer and general counsel who had been at the company with Mr. Hughes had left or would leave the company.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"WKHS":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1534,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":842634528,"gmtCreate":1636168594111,"gmtModify":1636168641509,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice!!!please like","listText":"Nice!!!please like","text":"Nice!!!please like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/842634528","repostId":"2181744615","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2181744615","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1636158190,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2181744615?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-06 08:23","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Jefferies Bumps Up Price Target On Live Nation By 21%","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2181744615","media":"Benzinga","summary":"Jefferies analyst David Katz raised the price target on Live Nation Entertainment Inc (NYSE: LYV) to","content":"
\n
Jefferies analyst David Katz raised the price target on Live Nation Entertainment Inc (NYSE: LYV) to $125 from $103, implying a 0.9% upside, and reiterated a Buy on the shares following Q3 results ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n","source":"yahoofinance","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Most Street estimates call for a reversion to single-digit revenue growth, and the more skeptical observers fear a return to flat revenue or worse.
\n
But J.P. Morgan analyst Samik Chatterjee thinks the Street’s conventional wisdom is a little too gloomy. On Thursday, he reiterated his Overweight rating on Apple (ticker: AAPL) stock, lifting his price target to $180 from $175, and boosting his earnings outlook. Underlying his upbeat stance is faith that demand for 5G iPhones is just getting going.
\n
Chatterjee writes that he sees “multiple catalysts” for the stock through year end, including both the upcoming iPhone 13 launch—expected next month—and relatively low expectations for both iPhone units and total revenue for fiscal 2022. He thinks iPhone unit volumes could reach 246 million in calendar 2022, matching the record total he sees for this year. He sees sales driven not only by iPhone 13 but also a 5G-enabled version of the entry-level iPhone SE, which he expects to launch in calendar 2022. The new SE, he writes, will “provide upside through the upgrade of a large installed base that is looking for a more-affordable 5G device.”
\n
The analyst now sees fiscal 2022 revenue of $385.5 billion, up from his previous forecast of $377.6 billion, and above the Street consensus at $379.5 billion. His new forecast implies 5% top-line growth for fiscal 2022, and 7% in fiscal 2023, after an estimated 34% growth rate in the September 2021 fiscal year. Chatterjee lifted his profit forecast for next year to $6 a share from $5.90, above consensus at $5.67.
\n
The analyst says his price target is based on a price/earning multiple of 30 times his updated calendar 2022 EPS estimate of $6.12 a share, up from $6. He says the stock has reached that valuation level as investors have gained confidence in the company’s services strategy, diversifying away from the hardware business. Most Street estimates call for a reversion to single-digit revenue growth, and the more skeptical observers fear a return to flat revenue or worse.
\n
That is more than double the 76 companies, valued at $28.3 billion, that listed their shares for the same time period in 2020.
\n
Wednesday’s group includes CS Disco, Kaltura, Paycor HCM, VTEX, and Twin Vee PowerCats. CS Disco and VTEX are trading on the New York Stock Exchange; the others are listed on the Nasdaq.
\n
Three of the companies—CS Disco, Paycor HCM, and VTEX—priced their deals above their expected price ranges. Such increases are typically signs of strong demand.
\n
One of the stronger debuts came from CS Disco (ticker: LAW). The stock opened at $45.26 and closed at $41, up 28% from its offer price.
\n
The Austin, Texas-company raised $224 million after selling 7 million shares at $32 each. CS Disco had filed to sell 7 million at $26 to $29, which it boosted to 7 million at $30 to $31 on Monday.
\n
BlackRock (BLK) and Dragoneer Investment Group have indicated interest in buying $25 million worth of stock each at the IPO price, according to a prospectus for the offering.
\n
Founded in 2013, CS Disco provides cloud software that aims to simplify ediscovery, legal document review and case management for businesses, law firms, legal services providers, and governments. The software helps centralize legal data into a single solution, while improving security and privacy for clients. As of March 31, CS Disco had 909 customers, including DISH, Southwest Airlines, WeWork, Perkins Coie, and Shearman & Sterling, the prospectus said.
\n
VTEX (VTEX) shares kicked off at $25.10 and ended at $22.18, up nearly 17% from its offer price. The New York company sold 19 million shares at $19 each, above its $15-to-$17 price range.
\n
The company has raised $365 million in funding, Crunchbase said. Investors include Tiger Global, Lone Pine Capital, Constellation, Endeavour Catalyst and SoftBank. Tiger Global has indicated it is interested in buying $50 million worth of shares at the offer price, a prospectus said.
\n
Founded in Brazil, VTEX provides a cloud-based commerce platform that helps brands and retailers execute their commerce strategy, including building their online stores, managing orders, and creating marketplaces to sell products from third-party vendors, a prospectus said. Customers include L’Oreal, Motorola, and Sony (SONY).
\n
Paycor HCM (PYCR) kicked off at $28 and ended at $26.05, up 13% from the offer price.
\n
The human-resources software provider also priced above its expected range. Paycor ended up selling 18.5 million shares at $23, up from its $18 to $21 price range.
\n
Paycor provides software that helps small and medium-size businesses handle their payrolls, bring employees on board, update staff information, and comply with tax requirements. Most of its customers, accounting for 81% of its billings, have from 10 to 1,000 employees. The company has more than 40,000 clients, including the Detroit Zoo, Wendy’s, and Two Men and a Truck, according to its website.
\n
Paycor employs a little over 2,000 people, including 400 sales and about 700 in customer services. It plans to use proceeds from the IPO to increase both of those, according to CEORaul Villar Jr.
\n
One of the main reasons Paycor sought to go public was to reward its employees, Villar told Barron’s. “We’ll have an employee stock purchase plan available for every associate at Paycor to participate in our growth,” he said.
\n
Paycor has been operating cash flow neutral for the past few years, Villar said. “We will have no debt at the end of the transaction,” he said.
\n
Shares of Kaltura (KLTR), a provider of real-time and on-demand video products, opened at $11.50 and closed at $12, up 20% from its offer price.
\n
The New York company raised $150 million after cutting the size of its deal by 36% to 15 million shares at $10 each. It had filed to offer 23.5 million shares at $14 to $16, which it reduced to 15 million $9 to $11 on July 12, a prospectus said.
\n
Founded in 2006, Kaltura provides technology that powers several forms of videos including video portals, town halls, video messaging, webinars, virtual events and meetings, as well as virtual classrooms. It has over 1,000 customers including IBM (IBM), Dropbox (DBX), Bosch, Thomson Reuters (TRI) and SAP (SAP).
\n
Twin Vee PowerCats (VEEE) also posted a solid first day. The stock kicked off at $6.70 and ended at $7.49, up nearly 25% from its offer price. The Fort Pierce, Florida-company raised $18 million after slightly boosting the size of its deal to 3 million shares at $6 each. It had filed to offer 2.8 million shares at $5 to $6 each.
\n
Launched in 1996, Twin Vee makes and markets recreational and commercial power catamaran boats. That is more than double the 76 companies, valued at $28.3 billion, that listed their shares for the same time period in 2020.\nWednesday’s group includes CS Disco, Kaltura, Paycor HCM, VTEX, and Twin Vee PowerCats. CS Disco and VTEX are trading on the New York Stock Exchange; the others are listed on the Nasdaq.\nThree of the companies—CS Disco, Paycor HCM, and VTEX—priced their deals above their expected price ranges. Such increases are typically signs of strong demand.\nOne of the stronger debuts came from CS Disco (ticker: LAW). The stock opened at $45.26 and closed at $41, up 28% from its offer price.\nThe Austin, Texas-company raised $224 million after selling 7 million shares at $32 each. CS Disco had filed to sell 7 million at $26 to $29, which it boosted to 7 million at $30 to $31 on Monday.\nBlackRock (BLK) and Dragoneer Investment Group have indicated interest in buying $25 million worth of stock each at the IPO price, according to a prospectus for the offering.\nFounded in 2013, CS Disco provides cloud software that aims to simplify ediscovery, legal document review and case management for businesses, law firms, legal services providers, and governments. The software helps centralize legal data into a single solution, while improving security and privacy for clients. As of March 31, CS Disco had 909 customers, including DISH, Southwest Airlines, WeWork, Perkins Coie, and Shearman & Sterling, the prospectus said.\nVTEX (VTEX) shares kicked off at $25.10 and ended at $22.18, up nearly 17% from its offer price. The New York company sold 19 million shares at $19 each, above its $15-to-$17 price range.\nThe company has raised $365 million in funding, Crunchbase said. Investors include Tiger Global, Lone Pine Capital, Constellation, Endeavour Catalyst and SoftBank. Tiger Global has indicated it is interested in buying $50 million worth of shares at the offer price, a prospectus said.\nFounded in Brazil, VTEX provides a cloud-based commerce platform that helps brands and retailers execute their commerce strategy, including building their online stores, managing orders, and creating marketplaces to sell products from third-party vendors, a prospectus said. Customers include L’Oreal, Motorola, and Sony (SONY).\nPaycor HCM (PYCR) kicked off at $28 and ended at $26.05, up 13% from the offer price.\nThe human-resources software provider also priced above its expected range. Paycor ended up selling 18.5 million shares at $23, up from its $18 to $21 price range.\nPaycor provides software that helps small and medium-size businesses handle their payrolls, bring employees on board, update staff information, and comply with tax requirements. Most of its customers, accounting for 81% of its billings, have from 10 to 1,000 employees. The company has more than 40,000 clients, including the Detroit Zoo, Wendy’s, and Two Men and a Truck, according to its website.\nPaycor employs a little over 2,000 people, including 400 sales and about 700 in customer services. It plans to use proceeds from the IPO to increase both of those, according to CEORaul Villar Jr.\nOne of the main reasons Paycor sought to go public was to reward its employees, Villar told Barron’s. “We’ll have an employee stock purchase plan available for every associate at Paycor to participate in our growth,” he said.\nPaycor has been operating cash flow neutral for the past few years, Villar said. “We will have no debt at the end of the transaction,” he said.\nShares of Kaltura (KLTR), a provider of real-time and on-demand video products, opened at $11.50 and closed at $12, up 20% from its offer price.\nThe New York company raised $150 million after cutting the size of its deal by 36% to 15 million shares at $10 each. It had filed to offer 23.5 million shares at $14 to $16, which it reduced to 15 million $9 to $11 on July 12, a prospectus said.\nFounded in 2006, Kaltura provides technology that powers several forms of videos including video portals, town halls, video messaging, webinars, virtual events and meetings, as well as virtual classrooms. It has over 1,000 customers including IBM (IBM), Dropbox (DBX), Bosch, Thomson Reuters (TRI) and SAP (SAP).\nTwin Vee PowerCats (VEEE) also posted a solid first day. The stock kicked off at $6.70 and ended at $7.49, up nearly 25% from its offer price. The Fort Pierce, Florida-company raised $18 million after slightly boosting the size of its deal to 3 million shares at $6 each. It had filed to offer 2.8 million shares at $5 to $6 each.\nLaunched in 1996, Twin Vee makes and markets recreational and commercial power catamaran boats. It currently has 10 gas-powered models in production that range in size from a 24-foot, dual engine, center console to its newest 40-foot offshore 400 GFX.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"KLTR":0.9,"LAW":0.9,"PYCR":0.9,"TVPC":0.9,"VTEX":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":415,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":178561447,"gmtCreate":1626827964589,"gmtModify":1633770660219,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hahahahhabhahahahah","listText":"Hahahahhabhahahahah","text":"Hahahahhabhahahahah","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/178561447","repostId":"2153690025","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":530,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":808554134,"gmtCreate":1627603393228,"gmtModify":1631890392542,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Yay!","listText":"Yay!","text":"Yay!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/808554134","repostId":"2155818241","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2282,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":178138725,"gmtCreate":1626791093167,"gmtModify":1633770994792,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":" Yeah I agree","listText":" Yeah I agree","text":"Yeah I agree","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/178138725","repostId":"2152693458","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":268,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":143642366,"gmtCreate":1625793708555,"gmtModify":1633937281024,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Good","listText":"Good","text":"Good","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/143642366","repostId":"1128018674","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":337,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":808549311,"gmtCreate":1627603494733,"gmtModify":1631890392540,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice! Due to national ingredient shortages and delivery delays, we may be out of some items,\" an orange banner with bold lettering read on the top of Taco Bell's website.\nThe company, owned by Louisville, Ky.-based Yum Brands, blamed transportation problems for the shortages.\n\"Due to national transportation delays happening throughout most of the industry, we may be temporarily out of some items,\" the company said in a statement. \"Apologies for the inconvenience and we hope to feed fans' current Taco Bell cravings again soon.\"\nRestaurants have faced shortages of everything from sauces to pickles to chicken wings in recent months due to a host of issues—including weather problems in Texas and intense demand from consumers coupled with supply limitations.\nBut transportation issues have made matters worse. An economywide lack of drivers has made it difficult for companies to deliver goods to their destination.\nRick Cardenas, president of Olive Garden owner Darden Restaurants, told investors last month that any supply chain issues his company has is over warehousing and transportation problems and not an actual shortage of supplies.\n\"The few spot outages we have are due to warehouse staffing and driver shortages, not product availability,\" Cardenas said, according to a transcript on the financial services site Sentieo.\n* * *\n... and, of course, those who frequent Taco Bell have been all over social media voicing their outrage at how they can't purchase their favorite menu items.\n\"Taco Bell employee told me there was a 'national shortage of everything right now,' and I have decided to get my economic news exclusively from drive-thru employees from now on,\" tweeted one patron.\n\n\"Taco Bell has a 'district-wide shortage of hot sauce...times are tough,\" tweeted a customer.\nAnother said:\n\"Due to national ingredient shortages and delivery delays, we may be out of some food and beverage items,\" a sign at a Taco Bell drive-thru read.\nAlso, a \"shredded cheese shortage\"?\n\nOthers say they're \"about to freak out.\"\n\nRough times in America when consumers are used to the instant gratification of obtaining almost any item or service at their fingertips. Shortages are pushing some to the edge of insanity over petty things, like fast-food tacos.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"SBUX":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":401,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":143678346,"gmtCreate":1625794053185,"gmtModify":1631883715351,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Unity Software Inc.(U)$Hehe","listText":"$Unity Software Inc.(U)$Hehe","text":"$Unity Software Inc.(U)$Hehe","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/4f57337515e2de94164e267a0a611f56","width":"828","height":"1434"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/143678346","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":222,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":177742018,"gmtCreate":1627263875234,"gmtModify":1633766758501,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Alibaba(BABA)$sad","listText":"$Alibaba(BABA)$sad","text":"$Alibaba(BABA)$sad","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ef0b655ebf407fe497c7b10ae8c8696f","width":"828","height":"1434"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/177742018","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":348,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":177267538,"gmtCreate":1627225796024,"gmtModify":1633767049116,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hahaha yes I agree and good info ","listText":"Hahaha yes I agree and good info ","text":"Hahaha yes I agree and good info","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/177267538","repostId":"1115106146","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":396,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":842634352,"gmtCreate":1636168568805,"gmtModify":1636168639621,"author":{"id":"3561604440061147","authorId":"3561604440061147","name":"Suzanne94","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d1e16097e6f9518fa8e81e43ba1a31c","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3561604440061147","authorIdStr":"3561604440061147"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hahhaha","listText":"Hahhaha","text":"Hahhaha","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/fb8dd3cffc81f325dc1ab0cabae7d9b9","width":"750","height":"1374"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/842634352","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1666,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
