stock now has a more realistic valuation but until we get a full quarter of sales and cash flow","content":"
RIVN stock now has a more realistic valuation but until we get a full quarter of sales and cash flow we can't properly value Rivian
\n
Rivian(NASDAQ:RIVN) has had a hard landing back to reality in terms of its valuation in the past month. The truck and SUV electric vehicle(EV) maker went public last month at $78. RIVN stock immediately shot up to a peak price of over $172 per share on Nov. 16. Since then its has drifted lower, and a month later it closed Monday at $88.98.
\n
Now analysts are starting to accept that the company never deserved that high a valuation. They are coming out with their initial assessments and recommendations.
\n
Given that it still has a market capitalization of almost $84 billion, a number of these analysts are skeptical. After all,General Motors(NYSE:GM) has a market cap of $79 billion, or slightly lower than Rivian. And even Ford Motor(NYSE:F) has a market valuation of $78 billion, also below Rivian’s $84 billion market cap. Both of these companies have huge production figures and are even delivering some EVs.
\n
Of course, Rivian’s market cap is nowhere near that of Tesla(NASDAQ:TSLA), which has a market value of $902 billion. Tesla is expected to come out with its own Cyber truck production and deliveries late in 2022, but it already has SUVs (Model Y).
\n
Where Things Stand For Rivian
\n
On Dec. 16, Rivian delivered its first quarterly results and produced a shareholder letter for investors with some good news. It now raised $19.9 billion in cash on its balance sheet, including $1.2 billion in senior secured debt. That gives it net cash of $18.7 billion before expenses and costs during the quarter, about what I projected in my last article on Rivian.
\n
This is a huge cushion for the company, which it can use to ramp its truck and SUV manufacturing volume up over the next year. For example, Rivian said that its free cash flow (FCF) was negative $1.154 billion during the quarter. This includes $685 million in negative operating cash flow and capex spending of $469 million.
\n
Here is why that is important. This implies that the annual run rate of cash burn is 4 x $1.15 billion, or $4.6 billion annually. Obviously, that burns through a good portion (about 23% of its available cash) annually.
\n
In other words, the company has to get FCF positive within the next few years, or it will face a crisis. As it stands now, assuming demand for its truck (S1T) and SUV (S1V) models is high, the company should be able to make it.
\n
Rivian clearly has had cash burn during the quarter and more will probably be burned this fourth quarter. I suspect that its cash balance is now down at least $3 billion to $16.9 billion or slightly lower. This helps to sustain its $84 billion market value, but the company needs to quickly get to being FCF positive.
\n
Where This Leaves RIVN Stock
\n
I want to see a full quarter of production costs and also its final balance sheet at the end of Q4 before I can put a clean value on RIVN stock. However, it was not hard last month to figure out that the stock was likely overvalued.
\n
However, I suspect that now the stock is getting close to a realistic valuation. In fact, I would not be surprised to see the stock fall below the $78 IPO price from November 2021.
\n
If that were to happen, it would be a good time to take another look at RIVN stock, in terms of how realistic valuation really is. At least then, there is some objective measure or tether of value that we can judge its value. This is despite the fact that we still don’t know how well its trucks and SUVs will sell.
","source":"lsy1606302653667","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Rivian Still Isn’t at a Buy Point … Yet
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nRivian Still Isn’t at a Buy Point … Yet\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-12-22 09:55 GMT+8 InvestorPlace\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
RIVN stock now has a more realistic valuation but until we get a full quarter of sales and cash flow we can't properly value Rivian\nRivian(NASDAQ:RIVN) has had a hard landing back to reality in terms ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"RIVN":"Rivian Automotive, Inc."},"source_url":"https://investorplace.com/2021/12/rivn-stock-now-has-a-more-realistic-valuation-but-we-cant-value-it-properly-until-the-company-has-a-full-quarter-of-sales/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1152327733","content_text":"RIVN stock now has a more realistic valuation but until we get a full quarter of sales and cash flow we can't properly value Rivian\nRivian(NASDAQ:RIVN) has had a hard landing back to reality in terms of its valuation in the past month. This is despite only producing about 15 vehicles per week right now. The company has a bright future, but investors looking for any value in electric vehicle stocks should probably look elsewhere right now.
\n
Three of our Fool.com contributors ,Travis Hoium, Howard Smith, and Daniel Foelber think General Motors(NYSE:GM),ChargePoint Holdings(NYSE:CHPT), and Lucid Group(NASDAQ:LCID) are all better buys than Rivian today.
\n
\n
The leader in autonomous driving
\n
Travis Hoium(General Motors):As companies like Rivian get all the headlines in electric vehicles, General Motors is quietly building out the technology and manufacturing capacity totransition entirely to electric vehicles by 2035. That includes 30 EV models that will launch globally by 2025, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
\n
But it isn't GM's EV capacity that makes it a better buy than Rivian, it's the company's majority ownership of Cruise, the autonomous ride-sharing company, that provides the most upside. GM is providing Cruise with design and manufacturing capabilities to build autonomous vehicles like the Cruise Origin (shown above), a self-driving shuttle for ride-sharing developed in a partnership between Cruise, GM, and Honda. Cruise is developing autonomous driving hardware and software that go into Origin and eventually a ride-sharing business. GM is also providing funding to build out Cruise's vehicle infrastructure, which could cost many billions of dollars, starting with a $5 billion line of credit to buy Cruise Origins.
\n
In time, autonomous vehicles could reduce the cost of traveling in cities and even make vehicle ownership obsolete. Cruise is leading the way into this market, and that provides tremendous upside for GM. This may be an old company in the auto industry, but it's making great strategic moves to be a leader in the future of electric and autonomous vehicles.
\n
Picks and shovels
\n
Howard Smith(ChargePoint Holdings):Rivian's public debut generated a lot of excitement for good reason. The company has big backers and reportedly a backlog of orders for both fleets and consumer electric vehicles (EVs). But investors have seen plenty of examples where initial excitement causes a spike in valuation that doesn't always last.
\n
Another exciting recent event for EV investors was the passage of a federal infrastructure bill that will push $7.5 billion to help build out the charging infrastructure needed for this country to expand EV ownership. ChargePoint Holdings is the leader in that space with more than 118,000 charging ports, including more than 3,700 DC fast chargers. The vast majority of those stations are in the U.S., though the company is also growing its business in Europe where it already has 5,400 charging locations.
\n
Those federal infrastructure funds will be sent to states that will issue grants to the charging network companies, which will make up the country's network. And that should be a big shot in the arm for ChargePoint as the largest operator in the country. Even prior to the realization of that catalyst, ChargePoint was growing its business beyond what it had predicted before its public debut.
\n
The company recorded $146 million in revenue for its full fiscal year 2021 that ended Jan. 31, 2021. In its most recently reported quarter ended July 31, 2021, it raised its revenue guidance for its current fiscal year by 15% to a range of $225 million to $235 million. At the midpoint, that would represent annual revenue growth of 57.5%, even without the added catalyst of federal funds.
\n
ChargePoint generated its own excitement when it announced it would begin trading publicly last year. The stock is almost 50% off the peak price reached at the end of Dec. 2020 prior to the closing of its merger with the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that brought it public. It wouldn't be surprising to see Rivian's stock fluctuate as well. But for Rivian -- and all the other EV makers -- to be successful, there will need to be charging infrastructure in place. That makes ChargePoint a \"picks and shovels\" type of investment for the rapidly growing EV sector. That could make it a better investment today than adding to Rivian's early hype.
\n
Lucid is proving it can compete against the best in the business
\n
Daniel Foelber(Lucid Group):Rivian's roughly $120 billion market capitalization is raising eyebrows considering the company is relatively unproven. Similarly, Lucid Motors has received its fair share of criticism for sporting a $65 billion market cap just over a month into the mass production of its Lucid Air Dream Edition luxury sedan.
\n
Rivian and Lucid are pricey, and it's hard to say which is the better value now. Rivian has received backing from Amazon and Ford as it targets the higher-end electric lifestyle truck and electric delivery van markets. Similar to Tesla(NASDAQ:TSLA), the company is bypassing the dealership framework of traditional automakers by marketing directly to consumers. Rivian also plans to build its own charging network to make electricity more accessible in remote places where a core part of its outdoor-focused target demographic requires the ability to charge. By comparison,Lucid doesn't feel the need to invest in its own charging network, choosing instead to save money by partnering with the growing list of third-party charging providers.
\n
Rivian has already faced delivery delays due to the global chip shortage. By comparison, Lucid has quickly built a reputation for delivering on its promises, having hit all of its major 2021 goals on time. Lucid also has an excellent management team and plenty of cash to fund its 2022 operations.
\n
Arguably the best reason why there's never been a better time to buy Lucid stock is that the company has achieved incredible engineering feats that rival Tesla-- the undisputed champ in the EV industry. Packing in more battery cells can help improve performance, but Lucid isn't doing that. Instead, it has built a compact battery pack that sports a battery efficiency of 4.5 miles per kilowatt-hour (mi/kWh) of stored energy, which is higher than the Tesla Model S, Jaguar I-Pace, Porsche Taycan, and other competitors. Lucid management believes that battery efficiency is the key differentiating factor, not just higher horsepower and range. With the Lucid Air Dream Edition and Grand Touring, it has outdone the competition in both efficiency ratings and performance -- albeit for a high price tag.
\n
Rivian supporters would argue that not only does Rivian have a nice head start in the lifestyle EV pickup truck market, but it's also going to be a relatively insulated market because seasoned automakers like Ford and GM are only challenging the standard pickup truck market (for now). By comparison, Lucid plans to roll out lower prices trims of its sedan that would have to compete against expensive but much more \"affordable\" luxury sedan leaders. In doing so, it plans to lower the horsepower and range of its cars, which would bridge the gap between its advantages and the competition. However, what gives Lucid the edge over Rivian is that it has proven it can go toe-to-toe with the best in the business, hit its targets, and has plans to grow quickly in 2022 and beyond.
\n
Given that the growth trajectory is mapped out, Lucid has a clear path toward even greater success. However, investors should be aware that Lucid stock is likely to remain extremely volatile as the company works toward scaling production.
\n
EVs are here to stay
\n
What we all agree on is that electric vehicles are here to stay. They're now competitive with fossil fuel vehicles in range, costs are coming down, and the innovative companies making EVs are enabling autonomy as well. The entire EV space has huge potential; we just think GM, ChargePoint, and Lucid are better buys than Rivian at today's price.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Rivian Soars On IPO, But These 3 EV Stocks Are Better Buys Now
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nRivian Soars On IPO, But These 3 EV Stocks Are Better Buys Now\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-11-14 09:27 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Rivian Automotive(NASDAQ:RIVN)has hit the market with a bang, trading more than 30% over its IPO price and now sporting a market cap near $100 billion. By comparison,Lucid doesn't feel the need to invest in its own charging network, choosing instead to save money by partnering with the growing list of third-party charging providers.\nRivian has already faced delivery delays due to the global chip shortage. By comparison, Lucid has quickly built a reputation for delivering on its promises, having hit all of its major 2021 goals on time. Lucid also has an excellent management team and plenty of cash to fund its 2022 operations.\nArguably the best reason why there's never been a better time to buy Lucid stock is that the company has achieved incredible engineering feats that rival Tesla-- the undisputed champ in the EV industry. With the Lucid Air Dream Edition and Grand Touring, it has outdone the competition in both efficiency ratings and performance -- albeit for a high price tag.\nRivian supporters would argue that not only does Rivian have a nice head start in the lifestyle EV pickup truck market, but it's also going to be a relatively insulated market because seasoned automakers like Ford and GM are only challenging the standard pickup truck market (for now). By comparison, Lucid plans to roll out lower prices trims of its sedan that would have to compete against expensive but much more \"affordable\" luxury sedan leaders. In doing so, it plans to lower the horsepower and range of its cars, which would bridge the gap between its advantages and the competition. However, what gives Lucid the edge over Rivian is that it has proven it can go toe-to-toe with the best in the business, hit its targets, and has plans to grow quickly in 2022 and beyond.\nGiven that the growth trajectory is mapped out, Lucid has a clear path toward even greater success. However, investors should be aware that Lucid stock is likely to remain extremely volatile as the company works toward scaling production.\nEVs are here to stay\nWhat we all agree on is that electric vehicles are here to stay. They're now competitive with fossil fuel vehicles in range, costs are coming down, and the innovative companies making EVs are enabling autonomy as well. The entire EV space has huge potential; we just think GM, ChargePoint, and Lucid are better buys than Rivian at today's price.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":498,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":879704060,"gmtCreate":1636769953302,"gmtModify":1636769953302,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"wow","listText":"wow","text":"wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/879704060","repostId":"1151602326","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":392,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":841230806,"gmtCreate":1635912836836,"gmtModify":1635912836836,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Thanks for sharing","listText":"Thanks for sharing","text":"Thanks for sharing","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/841230806","repostId":"2180782003","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":648,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":841230049,"gmtCreate":1635912779549,"gmtModify":1635912779549,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/841230049","repostId":"2180736486","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":565,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":840682856,"gmtCreate":1635643267766,"gmtModify":1635643267766,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/840682856","repostId":"1130019043","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1130019043","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1635579123,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1130019043?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-10-30 15:32","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Top Wall Street Strategist Sees a Fast 10% Q4 Correction Coming","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1130019043","media":"24/7 wall street","summary":"A plethora of acronyms are used in the financial world for a wide variety of items. Most investors are well aware of the FAANG stocks, which are the massive tech monsters that rule the market. In addition, one of the acronyms used to describe the constant rise in the stock markets, especially when the “buy the dip” crowd takes control after sizable selling, is FOMO, or fear of missing out.
\n
One of the very newest acronyms to hit the market speak lexicon is TINA. That stands for “there is no alternative,” which is an explanation for the constant ascent of the stock market. Basically what it means is that, due to very low yields on bonds and cash, especially with mounting inflation, owning stocks (especially those that pay solid and predictable dividends) is the only way to stay ahead of the game.
\n
If any one equity strategist across Wall Street has been right on the money over the past few years, it is Stifel’s head of Institutional Equity Strategy, Barry Bannister, and he is advising clients that we could be poised to have a TINA trap sell-off. We have covered his outstanding and prescient calls for years, and generally when he talks, we listen. Those who did so at the height of the sell-off in 2020 posted some massive gains.
\n
On March 19, 2020, just four short days before the final surge of selling and investor capitulation on March 23, Bannister and his team dropped a prediction for a relief rally that would carry the S&P 500 to the 2,750 level by April 30. On March 23, the index hit an intraday low of 2,191, and it closed at 2,237.
\n
We covered that incredibly bold prediction then, and while some were very skeptical of the call, Bannister made the prerequisite financial media rounds at the time giving his firm’s rationale for the prediction. In early April of 2020 as a surge of alarming news on the COVID-19 pandemic flooded the airwaves, Stifel came out and defended the call, telling clients to stand their ground. In the middle of April, as the rest of Wall Street was finally on board, Stifel raised the end-of-April target to 2,950. On April 30, in line with the laser-like call from Stifel, the S&P 500 closed at 2,912 after hitting an intraday high of 2,930 and after trading to 2,950 level the day before. In late May of 2020, Stifel once again raised the price target on the S&P 500 to 3,250 by August 30.
\n
Once again, Bannister sees storm clouds on the horizon, and with good reason. Everything from stocks to gold, Treasury debt and oil and have been pushed higher. This is a result of a unique combination of the FOMO worries and the TINA mentality. In a new research report, Bannister and his team feel that a lightning-fast 10% correction could occur in the remaining months of the fourth quarter. The report noted this:
\n
\n Near-term in the fourth quarter of 2021, we note that equal-weighted cyclicals vs. defensives are very near the point at which P/E-driven S&P 500 corrections occur, and we see downside equating to the S&P 500 falling from 4,535 currently to ~4,000 (prior view 3,800), around a 10% correction in the fourth quarter as we see mid-cycle risks.\n
\n
\n Our target and concerns are based on slowing global liquidity and tighter financial conditions with a gradual but unwavering Fed exit (especially after the Fed Chair is named). Sure, the Fed-inflated TINA trade “There is No Alternative” (to stocks) exists, but everyone goes into the boxing ring “with a plan” to buy-the-dip…until they get hit with a double-digit correction.\n
\n
\n Looking out to mid-2022 through 2025, we observe that value vs. growth tracks the S&P 500 divided by commodity index ratio, which soared in 2020 (favored growth stocks), fell in 2021 (favors value) and may bounce in mid-2022 (after the S&P 500 corrects) favoring growth, post-dip. We also show that despite the Quantitative Easing taper the S&P 500 could hit 5,200 by Jun-2022 (TINA’s last gasp?). Moreover, we see no actual bear market, which would be a 20% or more decline until fed funds is 1% (4 rate hikes), which fed funds futures indicate does not occur until 2024.\n
","source":"lsy1620372341666","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Top Wall Street Strategist Sees a Fast 10% Q4 Correction Coming
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nTop Wall Street Strategist Sees a Fast 10% Q4 Correction Coming\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-10-30 15:32 GMT+8 24/7 wall street\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
A plethora of acronyms are used in the financial world for a wide variety of items. Here are 3 picks that are a better value with more upside potential.","content":"
Rivian Automotive(NASDAQ:RIVN)has hit the market with a bang, trading more than 30% over its IPO price and now sporting a market cap near $100 billion.
Most investors a","content":"
A plethora of acronyms are used in the financial world for a wide variety of items.
Most investors are well aware of the FAANG stocks, which are the massive tech monsters that rule the market. In addition, one of the acronyms used to describe the constant rise in the stock markets, especially when the “buy the dip” crowd takes control after sizable selling, is FOMO, or fear of missing out.\nOne of the very newest acronyms to hit the market speak lexicon is TINA. That stands for “there is no alternative,” which is an explanation for the constant ascent of the stock market. Basically what it means is that, due to very low yields on bonds and cash, especially with mounting inflation, owning stocks (especially those that pay solid and predictable dividends) is the only way to stay ahead of the game.\nIf any one equity strategist across Wall Street has been right on the money over the past few years, it is Stifel’s head of Institutional Equity Strategy, Barry Bannister, and he is advising clients that we could be poised to have a TINA trap sell-off. We have covered his outstanding and prescient calls for years, and generally when he talks, we listen. Those who did so at the height of the sell-off in 2020 posted some massive gains.\nOn March 19, 2020, just four short days before the final surge of selling and investor capitulation on March 23, Bannister and his team dropped a prediction for a relief rally that would carry the S&P 500 to the 2,750 level by April 30. On March 23, the index hit an intraday low of 2,191, and it closed at 2,237.\nWe covered that incredibly bold prediction then, and while some were very skeptical of the call, Bannister made the prerequisite financial media rounds at the time giving his firm’s rationale for the prediction. In late May of 2020, Stifel once again raised the price target on the S&P 500 to 3,250 by August 30.\nOnce again, Bannister sees storm clouds on the horizon, and with good reason. The report noted this:\n\n Near-term in the fourth quarter of 2021, we note that equal-weighted cyclicals vs. defensives are very near the point at which P/E-driven S&P 500 corrections occur, and we see downside equating to the S&P 500 falling from 4,535 currently to ~4,000 (prior view 3,800), around a 10% correction in the fourth quarter as we see mid-cycle risks.\n\n\n Our target and concerns are based on slowing global liquidity and tighter financial conditions with a gradual but unwavering Fed exit (especially after the Fed Chair is named). Sure, the Fed-inflated TINA trade “There is No Alternative” (to stocks) exists, but everyone goes into the boxing ring “with a plan” to buy-the-dip…until they get hit with a double-digit correction.\n\n\n Looking out to mid-2022 through 2025, we observe that value vs. growth tracks the S&P 500 divided by commodity index ratio, which soared in 2020 (favored growth stocks), fell in 2021 (favors value) and may bounce in mid-2022 (after the S&P 500 corrects) favoring growth, post-dip. We also show that despite the Quantitative Easing taper the S&P 500 could hit 5,200 by Jun-2022 (TINA’s last gasp?). Moreover, we see no actual bear market, which would be a 20% or more decline until fed funds is 1% (4 rate hikes), which fed funds futures indicate does not occur until 2024.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":672,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":609712546,"gmtCreate":1638325610275,"gmtModify":1638326522180,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Oic","listText":"Oic","text":"Oic","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/609712546","repostId":"1146402945","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1099,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":871370247,"gmtCreate":1637030422653,"gmtModify":1637030447023,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Interesting","listText":"Interesting","text":"Interesting","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/871370247","repostId":"2183907564","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":543,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":892264881,"gmtCreate":1628665774343,"gmtModify":1633745262225,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/892264881","repostId":"1187715628","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1187715628","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1628665044,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1187715628?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-08-11 14:57","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Wind turbine maker Vestas cuts 2021 outlook on supply constraints and costs","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1187715628","media":"Reuters","summary":"COPENHAGEN, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Vestas cut its 2021 outlook on Wednesday after missing second-quarter","content":"
COPENHAGEN, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Vestas cut its 2021 outlook on Wednesday after missing second-quarter operating profit forecasts as the world’s largest maker of wind turbines was hurt by supply chain disruptions and higher costs.
\n
Demand for its wind turbines, seen as crucial to curb global warming, remains healthy but took a hit by constraints in the freight market where several events in the wake of COVID-19 have conspired to drive global supply chains towards a breaking point.
\n
The Danish company reported an operating profit before special items of 101 million euros ($118.32 million), while analysts on average had expected a profit of 170 million euros, a poll of analysts supplied by Vestas showed.
\n
It now expects full-year revenue of 15.5 billion to 16.5 billion euros, down from a previous forecast of 16-17 billion euros. It’s no sensation and no disaster but it should cause a drop in share price,” analysts at online brokerage Nordnet in a note.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":84,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":609388092,"gmtCreate":1638239103589,"gmtModify":1638239103589,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/609388092","repostId":"2187303501","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1363,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":879704060,"gmtCreate":1636769953302,"gmtModify":1636769953302,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"wow","listText":"wow","text":"wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/879704060","repostId":"1151602326","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":392,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":841230806,"gmtCreate":1635912836836,"gmtModify":1635912836836,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Thanks for sharing","listText":"Thanks for sharing","text":"Thanks for sharing","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/841230806","repostId":"2180782003","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":648,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":841230049,"gmtCreate":1635912779549,"gmtModify":1635912779549,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/841230049","repostId":"2180736486","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":565,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":691364935,"gmtCreate":1640138575631,"gmtModify":1640138720860,"author":{"id":"4087950146318330","authorId":"4087950146318330","name":"CJTAN","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4087950146318330","authorIdStr":"4087950146318330"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/691364935","repostId":"1152327733","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1152327733","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1640138131,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1152327733?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-12-22 09:55","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Rivian Still Isn’t at a Buy Point … Yet","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1152327733","media":"InvestorPlace","summary":"RIVN stock now has a more realistic valuation but until we get a full quarter of sales and cash flow","content":"
