They bought $100 Million worth. 4th SoFi does not have to even do anything for years in regards to this Bond, and SoFi has the right to pay the Bond back in cash and not dilute at all. So for instance, if the Share Price is $50 in 2 years, they can issue Shares at $50, and pay pack this Bond. 5th Upstart UPST just did an identical Convertible Bond when their stock was at $200, it then went to $340. The BofA rating is bothering me a fair bit. They argue that MU has made massive improvements in every regard, citing "solid execution, improving free cash flow returns, tech leadership and leverage to secular trends in cloud computing, 5G and autos" but then argue it should be given the same price to book and price to earnings multiple that it has historically had? How does that make sense? If the business has materially improved then P/E and P/R should expand not revert to historical averages.$Micron Technology(MU)$
