Five companies from mainland China have filed preliminary papers for their share offerings in Hong Kong on Monday.
Among those that filed are Shenzhen-listed Muyuan Foods (SHE:002714), which plans to use proceeds from its planned share listing for expanding its global business footprint, research and development, and for general corporate purposes.
BASiC Semiconductor, FS.com, and Shanghai Seer Intelligent Technology, also intend to use proceeds from their respective initial public offerings to expand production and global footprint, fund research and development, and for working capital.
Worldwide Logistics plans to use its proceeds to expand its digital supply chain and global logistics network, for environmental, social and governance initiatives, and for working capital.
