New registrations of Tesla vehicles fell to 8,220 last month in the EU, compared with from 12,966 a year earlier, as BYD saw August registrations increase to 9,130 units, up from 3,030 a year ago, according to data released by the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, or ACEA.
