Yiren Digital (YRD) signed a warrant agreement with an undisclosed AI-native entertainment and emotional wellness platform that could lead to a controlling interest through staged investments, the company said Wednesday.
The company said the agreement advances its "All-in-AI" strategy and marks its fourth warrant agreement with an AI company.
If exercised, the investment would make the target company part of Yiren Digital's planned AI Entertainment and Emotional Wellness business segment, it added.
