Alpha上发表了一篇专栏文章，专门论述这一观点。</p>\n<p>2020年开年阶段股市屡创新高，但新冠疫情的爆发让形势急转直下。2月19日至3月11日，经过连续三周暴跌，道指和标普500指数无奈入熊。哪怕美联储降息100个基点并且启动7000亿美元救市计划，也没能成功拯救市场，反而让投资者的恐慌情绪飙升，恐慌指数VIX更一度升至十年来的最高水平。</p>\n<p>之前每当出现熊市时，许多散户会在市场下跌时迅速抛售，因为他们担心牛市一去不复返。具体到这次危机，由于美股在此前多次刷新历史新高，而且市场泡沫巨大，导致投资者对一丁点下跌信号都格外敏感。因此，当利空出现时，投资者受到强烈的心理冲击，恐惧和不确定性在市场迅速蔓延，许多投资者撤离股市，转向固定收益资产。</p>\n<p><b>然而，事实恰恰相反，牛市不仅会卷土重来，而且历史证明回来的速度比投资者想像的还要快。</b></p>\n<p>那么熊市会持续多长时间呢？历史数据可以给我们提供参考。从下面的图表中可以看到，自1965年以来，美股已经出现过16次市场修正（即从高点下降10％）和12次熊市。下表显示了每次市场调整的规模以及市场成功反弹、回升至到峰值时所花费的时间。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/28b4ccc68958a16774849bb943edda1e\"></p>\n<p>统计显示，出现<b>市场修正后，股市的平均恢复时间为126天，这对于长期投资者来说并不长。</b>然而，许多研究机构发现，只要市场下跌，散户就会马上退出市场，导致他们平均每年损失3.5％的收益。</p>\n<p><b>毫无疑问，走出熊市的时间要长得多，平均为637天。</b>但需要注意的是，1970年代美股花了六年时间走出熊市，大大拉低了平均复苏速度。而最快的一次复苏，只花了121天。<b>从历史上看，坚持撑过了熊市的投资者在接下来的1.7年中获得超过20％的收益，回报率非常诱人。</b></p>\n<p><img
