href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>官宣拆股，计划8月初的股东大会讨论通过1股拆3股的提议，为两年来首次。</p><p>本周二，<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AMZN\">亚马逊</a>自1999年以来的首次股票拆分计划正式生效，股价也再次成为三位数。</p><p>据媒体报道，除了亚马逊、特斯拉之外，今年<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GOOG\">谷歌</a>母公司Alphabet、跨境电商Shopify、任天堂和GameStop均有可能进行股票拆分。</p><p>拆股并不罕见，多年来，许多上市公司都进行了股票拆分，巴菲特管理的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BRK.A\">伯克希尔</a>·哈撒韦曾于2010年把B级股票1拆50，<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>自1980年首次公开募股以来已经进行了五次拆股。虽然这些公司拆分比例各不相同，但有如此多的数十亿美元的公司进行拆股，其中肯定有一些原因。</p><h2>如何拆？</h2><p>先来了解一下如何进行股票拆分，以亚马逊为例，在5月27日持有亚马逊股票的股东，在6月3日股票拆分时，每持有一股，将额外获得19股。<b>这不会让现有股东付出任何代价，他们所持股票的价值也不会因拆分而改变。</b></p><p>因此，如果亚马逊拆分前股价在2500美元一股，持有三股股份的股东在拆分日期后会拥有60股，但他们的总投资仍将在7500美元左右（假设股价不会暴跌或飙升）。</p><p>唯一的区别是，亚马逊一股股票的价格将大幅下跌。在本例中，股价将从每股2500美元降至每股125美元。对许多投资者来说，只是你的炒股app上显示的数字稍有不同。</p><h2>为什么拆？</h2><p>股票分拆看起来似乎毫无意义，虽然显示不同的数字，但公司仍然像以前一样运行，市值没有变化，股东所持股票的价值保持不变，那为什么要这样做呢？</p><p><b>原因有很多，其中大部分归结于投资者心理</b>。随着股价上涨，买入股票开始显得难以承受。1美元的股价意味着2500美元可以购买数千股股票，而2500美元的股价意味着只可以买1只。</p><p>这个问题超出了投资组合较为温和的投资者认知范围，对于拥有1万美元投资本金的人来说，以之前的价格购买一股亚马逊股票意味着将投资组合的25%投资于一家公司，集中度较高，并不能做到多元化投资。</p><p><b>其次，拆股有助于提高股票的流动性，</b>更容易买入或卖出。亚马逊在文件中表示，此举将使其员工更容易管理其持有的亚马逊股份。此前，如果他们想获得1000美元的现金，他们需要抛售全部股份，然后再将其余部分进行再投资。股票分拆后，他们卖出较少股票，就可以得到所需的1000美元。</p><p><b>还有更重要的一点，拆股往往会伴随着股价上涨。</b>更多的投资者将更容易买入股票，这可能会增加需求，从而提高价格。</p><p>本质上来看，拆股不会真正改变任何事情，公司的基本面将保持不变。尽管如此，自1980年以来，进行拆股的公司在分拆生效后的12个月内的表现超出标普500指数16.3%。</p><p>这是一个很好的相关性例子，但不意味着有因果关系。事实上，拆股几乎肯定不能使其表现超出市场平均水平。进行拆股的公司股价大幅上涨的一个先决因素是，<b>这些公司的业务一直表现良好，在拆分之前可能已经超过了标普500。</b></p><h2>为什么现在拆？</h2><p>为什么是现在掀起一股“拆股热潮”？还是以亚马逊为例，亚马逊现在拆股还有一个额外的好处。到目前为止，2022年美国科技股损失惨重，今年迄今亚马逊股价下跌了近30%。苹果、Netflix、Meta和<a
