  $美团-W(03690)$ $京东集团-SW(09618)$ 今天参观了，京东七鲜小厨在北京广渠门的店。场地是类似熊猫星厨一样的外卖档口，分了几个制作间，有骑手区和自提区。可以看到部分房间制作场景。目前七鲜小厨单量不错，但基本建立在大幅度优惠基础上，在市场上获得单量后，能带动周边外卖配送业务发展。如果京东持续让利，七鲜小厨作为维护配送团队的发动机，后续及时配送业务，京东仍然能保持一定份额。多少份额？不确定。但整体市场体验，运营成本。因为规模问题，可能逊色与美团。京东七鲜小厨的模式目前看是可行的。就是规模和数据层面是否持续维持？
