走进车车科技,“蔚小理”背后的车险独角兽
过去9年,中国的车险市场规模从6100亿增长到了8600亿。其中,新能源车险是最主要的增量来源,2022年,新能源车险市场仅有650亿,而到了2023年,已经突破了1000亿,在这一过程中,一家名为车车科技的公司成为了蔚来,小鹏,理想等一众新能源车企的保险服务合作方,新能源车险市场 90%的业务都与其有关联,近期大虫跟随老虎证券小虎调研团探访了

, 与CEO张磊,CFO姬文婷进行了交流沟通,更新了许多对于车险市场的理解。 1、车险生意毛利并不高,SaaS 服务是更优的商业模式 提到车险,大家自然想到人保,太平洋,平安这些老牌的保险企业,但整个市场上有 100 多家车险企业,也只有头部的这几家活的还不错,车险出险率高,赔付率高,只有头部企业依靠规模效应和强大的精算师团队能保持不到 10% 的利润空间,但车车科技并没有从传统车险的市场切入,而是利用自身强大的研发能力,打造了链接车企和保险公司的 saas 平台,一方面收取SaaS系统的服务费,另一方面收取为保险引流成单的佣金。这奠定了车车科技的本质是一家金融科技公司,其商业模式也比传统车险性感的多。而 SaaS系统随着服务客户越来越多,成本也会逐步摊薄,扭亏为盈只是时间问题。 图 1 车车科技新能源行业业务模式 同时在交流过程中,
