href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02477\">经纬</a>采访时表示:“这一趋势其实在2024年就已经显现。”</p><p>中国汽车流通协会数据显示,2023年全国新能源车体验/展示中心的数量占比为51%,而到2024年底这一占比已降至46%。数字的变化印证了行业转型的加速。随着新势力车企品牌影响力的不断提升与市场认知度的日益深化,其渠道策略正经历一场静水深流的变革。</p><p>在郎学红看来,商超店本身就不适合作为一个永久性的展示或者体验的场所。“商超店更多功能其实是进入到消费者的日常生活空间场景,让消费者在休闲场景中对品牌形成认知,了解品牌的新能源产品。其在一定意义上有更多的品牌宣传职能,即更多地触达消费者。”</p><p>辐射范围的局限性进一步强化了商超店的“短周期”特性。郎学红指出,虽然不同的城市级别,所覆盖的区域有所不同,但商超店能辐射的范围也就在几公里到十几公里的半径,所以,短则半年,长则两年左右,一个商超基本就完成它所能触达到的新消费者了,此后边际效益将明显递减。</p><p>除此之外,高昂的运营成本与服务功能的单一性,也促使车企重新评估商超店的投资回报。郎学红指出,商超店一般都位于城市核心区域商业中心,租金成本比较高,所以一个商超店在积累了一段时间的用户后,可能就会考虑换一个商超,或者进入汽车商圈,以便为消费者提供从试驾到售后等一体化的综合服务。</p><p>不过,郎学红强调,这并非简单的渠道收缩,而是一场深刻的渠道变革。收缩商超店后,新势力车企的渠道模式并非简单回归传统4S店模式,而是通过渠道创新和融合发展,形成一种新的4S、5S甚至多S模式。</p><p>“这一思路的核心在于更多地去找到消费者出行的场景,而不是单一的4S店模式。”郎学红举例说,比如,将传统的4S店功能拆分为体验中心、交付中心、快修中心、钣喷中心等专业模块,实现更精细化的运营,如在社区设立小型试驾点,在商圈布局专属交付中心。或者<a
