referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>其余的13000多订单无效，官方也没交代到底从何而来。</p><p>你说是用户下了单不给钱，骗了贾老板？我不信。</p><p>贾跃亭将FF带到美国后，除了将之前的债主转变成FF股东，把大家越绑越牢，自己还从FF一把手位置上退下来，只担任“首席产品官”，退到幕后。</p><p>但媒体和调查机构都倾向认为贾跃亭仍然是FF的实际控制人。</p><p>而在最新调查报告中，也较为隐晦的证实了这一点。</p><p>调查承认，之前公司上下都“低估了贾跃亭对业务的参与程度”…</p><p>因为贾跃亭在SPAC上市后，通过在空壳公司的职务直接参与FF的管理。</p><p>贾跃亭应该参与多少？实际参与了多少？报告都没明说。</p><p>但这不寻常的措辞背后，反映出的是贾跃亭在美国的信用崩塌。</p><p>FF上市时美奇金投资的做空报告矛头直指贾跃亭，认为FF就是他为了弥补个人债务亏空做的局。</p><p><img Krolicki负主要责任，卸任董事长，仅保留董事会成员。</p><p>同时副总裁兼总法律顾问 Jarret Johnson也离职，另一位副总裁Wang jia wei被停职停薪。</p><p>根据外媒报道，Wang jia wei是贾跃亭外甥，贾跃亭曾将自己的FF股权全转到外甥名下，并任命他为CFO，避免FF因自己的债务风险被查，同时能通过“自己人”实际控制FF。</p><p>至于贾跃亭自己，则在这次调查后降薪25%，向新被任命为董事长的Susan Swenson（董事会独董）汇报。</p><p><b>调查缘何而起？</b></p><p>究竟是什么样的报告，让FF董事会开始调查并限制贾跃亭的职权？</p><p>FF在官方文件中所说的不准确披露的指控，指的就是做空机构J Capital Research（中文译为美奇金投资）在今年10月份出具的一份做空报告。</p><p>在这份长达28页的报告中，美奇金投资根据公开资料，细数FF多条罪状。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/980aa851a7be00bd2177d4798db45626\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"304\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>归结起来有三点：</p><p>第一，没有量产车的能力。</p><p>第二，财务状况堪忧，融资补空没有尽头。</p><p>第三，老贾这人靠不住。</p><p>首先，FF91的交付时间已跳票数年，此前承诺在中国和美国五个地点建立6所工厂，但是至今这份计划并没有落实。</p><p>而且FF承诺在7个月内重新启动并开始生产的美国汉福德工厂也没有什么实质性的进展。</p><p>财务上，上市融了10亿，却仍然是杯水车薪。美奇金投资在报告中表示，如果FF来想要实现2024年的财务目标，还需要筹集14亿美元才可能实现。</p><p>以FF的业务进展和老贾的信誉，融钱可能会越来越难。</p><p>FF最新股价报收4.22美元，大跌7.46%，总市值仅剩13.69亿美元，较上市之初的约45亿美元市值已蒸发了近70%，超31亿美元（约合人民币约200亿元）。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>去年11月，FF还因为未按时提交财报收到了退市警告，限期6个月补齐。</p><p>宽限期已经过去一半，FF这边还是没有动静。</p><p>第三点，就是前面说到的，美奇金投资认为，贾跃亭把FF搬到美国，根本不是想东山再起，而是接着忽悠美国投资人的钱，填自己的财务黑洞。</p><p><b>老贾下一步？</b></p><p>这次FF的自查其实并不能说明任何问题。</p><p>FF在公告中表示，已经开始采取补救措施，包括聘请第三方财务审计机构、加强公司信息披露工作、给高管做合规培训等等。</p><p>但稍加深入就能发现，FF自己内部的清查，点了一些问题，但也仅仅是点到为止，补救措施也是不疼不痒。</p><p><img
