Mauldin在谈及美联储宽松政策时说，这可能是“央行历史上最糟糕的错误”。</p><p>这位著名经济学家和30年市场经验的专家在该报告中写道：“我认为美联储已经犯了一个重大的政策错误，可能直接导致经济衰退。”</p><p>Mauldin认为，美联储所犯的错误就是，在经济已经走出危机阶段之后，继续全速实施资产购买计划，并将利率维持在接近零的水平。</p><p>他提到的意外后果之一是，美联储正在压低抵押贷款利率，导致房价飙升，伤害了低收入的潜在购房者。然后是通货膨胀，它侵蚀了消费者的储蓄。</p><p>美联储宽松举措对美国股市也有直接影响。低利率将美股估值推高至历史高位。</p><p>Mauldin表示，从很多方面来看，美国股市都处于泡沫之中。</p><p>Mauldin在报告中写道：“美联储似乎承担了第三项使命：保持股市上涨。这不仅加剧了贫富差距，还近乎渎职，因为在某个时候，美联储将不得不松开油门。当这种情况发生时，另一场‘缩减恐慌’(taper tantrum)的可能性非常大。”</p><p>他补充称：“美联储绝对不应该认为股市是它的责任。这样做(我认为他们正在这样做)会让我们所有人面临未来极端的波动。”</p><p>Mauldin表示，他认为美联储最早将在今年12月发出开始缩减资产购买规模的信号。他说，当这种情况发生时，投资者可能会开始感到不确定性，不知道美联储将在多大程度上以及在多长时间内松开油门。</p><p>虽然Mauldin没有具体预测股市的抛售幅度，但他认为，美股市场完全可能由此进入熊市，代表大盘下跌至少20%。</p><p>他认为，从目前的美股水平来看，可能未来7年至10年，总体回报率都是负数。</p></div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\n
