  蓝鲸教育12月17日讯，近日，知名做空机构浑水再度通过社交媒体对跟谁学发起攻击。其指表示，跟谁学是彻底的“骗局”。浑水认为，如同五名投资者公开所指，跟谁学在于完全欺诈。一旦公司搞砸了审计，其股价将会跌到个位数。值得关注的是，自10月中旬以来，跟谁学股价持续下挫。10月21日股价暴跌30.80%，两个多月间，股价由10月12日的119.94美元/股下跌到如今的60美元/股，股价近乎腰斩。

  三季度巨亏9.325亿，跟谁学股价暴跌24%
  按人民币测算，跟谁学股价跌破千亿元。此前三季报显示，报告期内，跟谁学收入为19.658亿元人民币，同比增长252.9%。但销售费用高企，达到20.558亿元人民币，去年同期为3.304亿元，同比大幅增长522.22%。同时本季度跟谁学出现大幅亏损。净亏损为9.325亿元，去年同期为净利润190万元人民币，同比大幅转亏。截至2020年9月30日，公司持有的现金及现金等价物、短期投资及长期投资总计21.308亿元人民币，相比与年初的27.357亿元，减少了6亿元现金。
