Intel想卖掉自己几乎不可能！先问问AMD答不答应
但是大家似乎都忘了一点：Intel、AMD之间有着广泛、复杂的交叉授权协议，一方想卖，必须看看另一方的态度！所以，AMD的处理器可以用Intel的指令集，Intel的处理器可以用AMD的技术。事实上，AMD当年将初代Zen架构卖给中国、成立海光，也是经过Intel点头的。如果高通、博通这样的巨头收购了Intel，将会成为一个更加庞大的行业龙头，也会和AMD产生很多的直接竞争，这肯定是AMD不愿意看到的，也不会轻易和对方达成授权协议。

3月5日，据路透，美国超威半导体公司在向中国市场销售“定制版人工智能芯片”时，遇到了来自美国政府的阻碍。报道称，AMD尝试获得美国商务部的批准，以向中国客户出售AI芯片。报道援引知情人士的话称，AMD对华出售的“定制版AI芯片”性能低于该公司在中国以外地区销售的芯片性能，其设计是为了满足美国的出口管制。
