这文章实习生写的吧，没有骨架没有血肉，太空洞。资本有成本，不吸血吸汽嘛
贝壳股价跌了半年！
并不是房地产市场不好,而是员工根本赚不到钱!只有资本，资本除了利用廉价的劳动力，可以不用买社保，还可以不用发底薪，然后搞所谓的上市运营，受伤的是广大最底层员工，这种模式可行是可行，但不会长久 ，冲在最前线的员工都要快饿死了，大佬们可能以后制造不吃不喝的机器人来卖房子。
